Abstract:
As the digital age progresses rapidly, the classroom teaching organization of Broadcasting and Hosting Arts programs in private universities in Shaanxi Province faces increasing demands for adaptation to the evolving new media environment. This study aims to: 1) investigate the impact of learning motivation on teaching organization by analyzing students interests and career expectations and how these factors influence
their engagement and interaction in Broadcasting and Hosting Arts classrooms; 2) evaluate the suitability of various learning styles, including self-directed learning, group discussions, and collaborative learning, in optimizing classroom teaching organization and improving the integration of theoretical knowledge and practical skills; and 3) assess the impact of technology application, such as multimedia and virtual reality (VR), on classroom interactivity and teaching outcomes, with the aim of enhancing both interactivity and flexibility in teaching practices.
This research collected data from 215 students majoring in Broadcasting and Hosting Arts at Xian Peihua University through surveys and conducted empirical analysis. Methods including reliability and validity analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, and linear regression analysis were used. The results reveal that learning motivation, diverse learning styles, and technology application significantly improves classroom teaching organization.
Key findings include: 1) Students with higher learning motivation exhibit greater classroom engagement, improving teaching organization. 2) Optimizing practiceoriented and diverse learning styles enhances students practical abilities and professional skills. 3) Multimedia and virtual reality technologies increase classroom interactivity and student engagement, thereby improving the overall teaching quality.
