Abstract:
Tay Ninh city is a provincial city in the Southeast region of Vietnam, this is one of the five key economic provinces that are being focused on developing, which connect Ho Chi Minh City and Cambodia. Tay Ninh had an orientation in 2030 to become an attractive tourism city, the Government identified that Tay Ninh has a big potential to become a tourism city with many destinations but the infrastructure and facilities in Tay Ninh couldn't touch the demand of travellers. Foremost, Tay Ninh needs to invest in restaurants, hotels, and entertainment parks to prolong the stay of tourists. Moreover, nowadays, with the busy life of Vietnamese in general and residents of Tay Ninh province in particular, the demand to eat outside has become popular. The development of a restaurant in a province that is focusing on economic, tourism, health and education as Tay Ninh province is a potential for investors. Hoang Vu Garden Thai restaurant business plan is a thematic paper that synthesizes the micro and macro environment, analyzes the market feasibility and develops a plan to build a Thai restaurant in Tay Ninh City. In fact, this business plan is a project of a family business and is expected to start construction in 2022, after the Co-Vid 19 epidemic. Not just an ordinary Thai restaurant, the project is also interested in the sustainable development of the business and the province, the project promises to be a destination to attract tourists to Tay Ninh.
