Bilateral System Administration on Vocational Education Based on The Four Paths to Accomplishment in Technical Colleges under Vocational Institute of Northeast Region 3
Abstract:
The purposes of this study were to 1) study the current condition, Desirable condition of Bilateral system administration vocational education based on the four paths to accomplishment in Technical colleges under vocational institute of Northeast region 3 2) study the needs of Bilateral system administration vocational education based on the four paths to accomplishment in Technical colleges under vocational institute of Northeast region 3 3) study the suggestions of Bilateral system admini-stration vocational education based on the four paths to accomplishment in Technical colleges under vocational institute of Northeast region 3.The sample group used in this research was 254 personnel of Technical under vocational institute of Northeast region 3 and the group of personnel in establishment. The instrument used for data collection was a 5 rating scale questionnaire with content validity equal to 0.67-1.00 and the confidence was 0.92. The results of this study found that: 1.The current condition of Bilateral system administration vocational education based on the four paths to accomplishment in Technical colleges under vocational institute of Northeast region 3. Overall is at a medium level. When considering each aspect, it was found that measurement and evaluation was the highest average value, followed by curriculum management, vocational management, and the lowest was instructional management. 2.The needs of Bilateral system administration vocational education based on the four paths to accomplishment in Technical colleges under vocational institute of Northeast region 3found that the overall needs were average = 0.22. When considering the most needed was instructional management PNImodified = 0.23, followed by vocational management PNImodified = 0.21, the curriculum management PNImodified = 0.21, whereas the lowest need was measurement and evaluation PNImodified = 0.19. 3.Recommendations for Bilateral system administration vocational education based on the four paths to accomplishment in Technical colleges under vocational institute of Northeast region 3were schools and establishment should collaborate to provide the theory and training to cover the curriculum. The content of theoretical teaching should be provided in accordance with establishment, organize practical activities that were direct experience towards careers and profession skills, perform systematic tasks and had successful results. There should be activity forms suitable for learner group, and the establishment should provide assessments and evaluations of internships throughout the semester.
