Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to study learning achievement, scientific modeling abilities and learning satisfaction of students learning with model-based learning. The research target, derive by purposive selection, was 13 grade 4 students who were studying in the second semester of the academic year 2022 at Banphu-ngoen School. The research instruments consisted of: 1) model-based learning 4 lesson plans had an appropriateness value of 5.00 and the standard deviation is .00, 2) learning achievement test multiple choice, 4 options of 30 questions with difficulty index between .31-.77, power of discrimination between .33-.83, and reliability of .91, 3) scientific modeling abilities assessment form the reliability of .67, and 4) learning satisfaction questionnaire with power of discrimination between .83-1.00, and reliability of .92. The data were analyzed by using mean, percentage, standard deviation, relative development score and effect size. The research findings were as follows: 1. The students' learning achievement score after learning with model-based learning were higher than before, and a relative development score of equivalent was at the high level. 2. The students' learning achievement score after learning with model-based learning were higher than 70 percent criteria. 3. The results of the effect size by using model-based learning on the learning achievement were 3.83 which were at the high level. 4. The students' scientific modeling ability score after learning with model-based learning had an average of 13.94, which were at the good level. 5. The students' scientific modeling ability score after learning with model-based learning were higher than 70 percent, criteria. 6. The students' learning satisfaction score after learning with model-based learning had an average of 4.82, which were at the highest level.
