Abstract:
The objective of this research was to
study logistics efficiency measurement factors and
digital work behavior affecting the digital logistics
management of international companies. The data
was collected from 400 employees working in
international companies located in Bangkok and its
vicinity. The purposive sampling method was done
in this study for specifying the study area in various
settlements in Bangkok and its vicinity and
convenience sampling method was used for data
collection. The research instrument used for data
collection was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed
using descriptive statistics including frequency,
percentage, mean and standard deviation and
inferential statistics including multiple regression
with stepwise method.
The result indicated that the logistics efficiency
measurement factors in terms of society (β =
0.414), environment (β = 0.263) and economy (β =
0.249) influenced digital logistics management of
international companies with predictive power as
of 78.7 percent. Lastly, digital work behavior in terms of
digital experience (β = 0.313), sportsmanship (β =
0.204), self-development (β = 0.200),
conscientiousness (β = 0.160), and altruism (β =
0.125) influenced digital logistics management of
international companies with predictive power as
of 88.1 percent at the statistically significant level as of
.05.
