Abstract:
The study aims to 1) investigate elements and guidelines for the development of private vocational colleges transform into digital learning organizations, 2) form a developmental pattern towards private vocational colleges transform into digital organizations, and 3) evaluate the development pattern towards private vocational colleges transform into digital learning organizations. The research was three parts: part one; examined the elements and guidelines, by using a questionnaire, and confirmatory factor analysis, and interviewed 205 people from private vocational college administrators and five academically qualified people. Part two; create a development pattern. The collected data obtained from step one can be used for establishing a conceptual framework for the drafting model, and the interviews were conducted to verify the suitability of the draft from five people. Step three; the evaluation of the development pattern was accessed with a hypothesis and utility model by interviewing 43 private college administrators, in the Northern region. Statistics are used in data analysis such as mean and standard deviation, The results found that: 1) The examination of the confirmatory factor analysis showed five elements including knowledgeable personnel, conceptual aspect, shared vision, team learning, and systems thinking. The development of private vocational colleges to transform into digital organizations requires administrative process and three methods. 2) The development pattern of private vocational colleges to transform into digital learning organizations showed an overview was at the highest level; the created patterns consisted of three main parts, first; the elements of private vocational college transform into digital learning organizations, second; the development guideline of private vocational college transform into digital learning organization, and third; development success factors of private vocational college transform into digital learning organization. 3) The hypothesis testing and utilization model for the development of private vocational colleges to transform into digital learning organization; overall there are possibilities and the usefulness of the model at the highest level.
