Abstract:
The objective of this research is to conduct research on the Educational Management Model for Border Schools of the Basic Education Commission. There are three steps to conducting the research. as follows Step 1: Study of the condition and management guidelines for Border Schools of the Basic Education Commission. Step 1.1: Study the management conditions for Border Schools of the Basic Education Commission. Step 1.2: Study of management guidelines for Border Schools of the Basic Education Commission by interviewing experts. Step 2: Creating and examining the Educational Management Model for Border Schools of the Basic Education Commission. Checking the appropriateness of the format by focusing on a group of experts and Step 3: Assessment of the Educational Management Model for Border Schools of the Basic Education Commission. The online assessment for the feasibility and usefulness of implementing the Educational Management Model for Border Schools of the Basic Education Commission was conducted by a sample of 302 administrators of marginalized schools under the Basic Education Board. The results of the research showed that 1) the results of the study on the condition and management for Border Schools of the Basic Education Commission consisted of: 1.1) the context of marginalized school areas located in areas adjacent to the border areas with the country; Laos Republic of Myanmar and Kingdom of Cambodia 2) Most of the education is organized at the basic education level, from kindergarten 1 to grade 6. 3) General conditions that affect the quality of education in marginalized areas, including economic, social, security, and transportation. 4) Organizational Condition Analysis (SWOT) of marginalized schools, academics, personnel, general administration, and budgetary aspects 1.2) Management guidelines for Border Schools of the Basic Education Commission 1) Principles 2) Objectives 3) Process 4) Success Factors 2) The results of creating a model for the Educational Management Model for Border Schools of the Basic Education Commission consist of four components: 1) principles, 2) objectives 3) processes, including planning. operation. commanding, and monitoring, 4) Success Factors: The experts agreed that the Educational Management Model for Border Schools of the Basic Education Commission was appropriate, and 3) The results of the assessment of the Educational Management Model for Border Schools of the Basic Education Commission. There is an overview, possibilities, and a large level of usefulness.
