Abstract:
A study of participation community in school management under Phayao Secondary Educational Service Area Office aimed to study and compare a study of participation community in school management under Phayao Secondary Educational Service Area Office classified by work experience and size of schools. The sample group consisted of 263 teachers at schools under Phayao Secondary Educational Service Area Office, using questionnaires and estimation scales, and analyzed the data using percentages, means, standard deviations, and One-Way Analysis of Variance. When statistical differences were found, the differences were tested using the Scheffe' method. The study found that in a study of participation in community management under Phayao Secondary Educational Service Area Office, the overall picture was at a high level. The aspect with the highest mean value was participation in evaluation, followed by participation in decision making. And participation in operations, and the side with the lowest average was in terms of participation in benefits. When comparing the four areas of work experience, they were not different, and classified according to the size of schools, the overall picture was not different. And it was found that there were one of the different sides that was statistically significant at the level of 0.05 called participation in the evaluation.
