Abstract:
This objective of this study is to 1) study the strategic leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chiang Rai. 2) Compare strategic leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chiang Rai, categorized by position and work experience. The research sample consists of school administrators and teachers under the secondary educational service area office Chiang rai in the academic year 2023, totaling 313 people. The research instrument used is a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 5 levels, with validity between 0.67-1.00 and a reliability is of 0.95. Statistical analysis includes frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and hypothesis testing using t-tests and One-way ANOVA for variance analysis. Research finding revealed that: 1) The strategic leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chiang Rai according to the opinions of school administrators and teachers, are generally rated highly. When considering specific aspects, it was found that the highest average score was in the aspect of organizational culture development, followed by the establishment of balanced organizational control. The aspect with the lowest average score was organizational resource development. 2) The results of comparing the level of strategic leadership status of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chiang Rai, categorized by position, revealed statistically significant differences in overall opinions at a significance level of 0.05.3) The results of comparing the level of strategic leadership status of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chiang Rai, categorized by work experience, showed statistically significant differences in overall perceptions at a significant level of 0.05
