Abstract:
การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเชียงราย 2) เปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเชียงราย โดยจำแนกตามตำแหน่ง และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเชียงราย ปีการศึกษา 2566 จำนวน 313 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเที่ยงตรงระหว่าง 0.67-1.00 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.95 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติที่ใช้ในการทดสอบสมมติฐาน ได้แก่ t-test และการทดสอบความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) ผลวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเชียงราย ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด คือ ด้านการสร้างวัฒนธรรมองค์การ รองลงมา คือ ด้านการจัดตั้งควบคุมองค์การให้สมดุล ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุด คือ ด้านการพัฒนาทรัพยากรในองค์การ 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเชียงราย จำแนกตามตำแหน่ง พบว่า ในภาพรวมมีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และ 3) ผลการเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเชียงราย จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน พบว่า ในภาพรวมมีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
Abstract:
This objective of this study is to 1) study the strategic leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chiang Rai. 2) Compare strategic leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chiang Rai, categorized by position and work experience. The research sample consists of school administrators and teachers under the secondary educational service area office Chiang rai in the academic year 2023, totaling 313 people. The research instrument used is a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 5 levels, with validity between 0.67-1.00 and a reliability is of 0.95. Statistical analysis includes frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and hypothesis testing using t-tests and One-way ANOVA for variance analysis. Research finding revealed that: 1) The strategic leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chiang Rai according to the opinions of school administrators and teachers, are generally rated highly. When considering specific aspects, it was found that the highest average score was in the aspect of organizational culture development, followed by the establishment of balanced organizational control. The aspect with the lowest average score was organizational resource development. 2) The results of comparing the level of strategic leadership status of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chiang Rai, categorized by position, revealed statistically significant differences in overall opinions at a significance level of 0.05.3) The results of comparing the level of strategic leadership status of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chiang Rai, categorized by work experience, showed statistically significant differences in overall perceptions at a significant level of 0.05
