Abstract:
Air Conditioning Performance Measurement System was created to help the organization for checking and recording the efficiency of air conditioning in the building because air conditioners, when used, the performance of the machine will be reduced that cause more energy than normal. The efficiency of air conditioning can be seen from the EER value, calculated by dividing the cooling power provided by an Air Conditioner per hour by the number of watts of electricity consumed. But the method of measurement and calculation is difficult and requires specialized knowledge. Therefore, the proposed system is to solve such problems.
The system structure consists of hardware and software parts the hardware part consists of the Main Module: acting to collect data from various sensors and send data to Firebase, two temperature and humidity sensors module which collect data from the inlet and outlet fan coil, air flow rate module and electric watt measurement module. Each module communicates over the Internet through the wireless network.
The software part consists of, 1. EER calculation part: acting to receive data from Firebase and calculate the EER value. 2. Display part: displaying various parameter data in graphic form and graph format 3. The repair notification: Act as a medium to receive notification from people to the technician department.
From the initial test at the Faculty of Industrial Technology and Management, KMUTNB Prachinburi campus found that the system can work well but the calculation can be done approximately 85% accurately due to the accuracy of the sensors. Received satisfaction from the technician department because they can know the efficiency change by comparing historical data.
