Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำการเรียนรู้ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำการเรียนรู้ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา จำแนกตามตัวแปรเพศวุฒิการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน และขนาดสถานศึกษา 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการเรียนรู้ของผู้บริหารกับการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา 4) เพื่อประมวลข้อเสนอแนะของภาวะผู้นำการเรียนรู้ของผู้บริหารกับการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษากลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ครูในสถานศึกษา สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานราธิวาส เขต 2 จำนวน 346 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามภาวะผู้นำการเรียนรู้ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามเท่ากับ 0.94 และแบบสอบถามการเป็นองค์แห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามเท่ากับ 0.96 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานค่าที (t-Test) ค่าเอฟ (F-Test) และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ ดังนี้ 1. ระดับภาวะผู้นำการเรียนรู้ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. การเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำการเรียนรู้ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา จำแนกตามตัวแปร เพศ วุฒิการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ในการทำงานและขนาดสถานศึกษา พบว่า โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน 3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการเรียนรู้ของผู้บริหารกับการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา พบว่า มีความสัมพัมธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .01 โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สันเท่ากับ .64 มีความสัมพันธ์ที่ระดับปานกลาง 4. ข้อเสนอแนะของภาวะผู้นำการเรียนรู้ของผู้บริหารกับการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา พบว่า ผู้บริหารควรมีการวางแผนรูปแบบทางความคิดที่เหมาะสมและมีความชำนาญในการใช้เทคโนโลยีในการบริหารสถานศึกษา

Abstract: The objectives of this research were 1) to study the learning leadership of schools administrators and learning organizations of educational institutions and 2) to compare the learning leadership of school administrators and learning organizations of educational institutions. Classified by gender, educational background, working experience and school size 3) to study the relationship between the learning leadership of school administrators and the learning organization of educational institutions 4) to process the recommendations of school administrators and learning organization of educational institutions. The sample group used in this research was civil servants in educational Narathiwat Primary Educational Service Area Office for 346 people. The method used in this research is a 5-level Rating Scale questionnaire consisting of a questionnaire on the learning leadership of school administrators which has a reliability of 0.94 and a questionnaire on the learning organization of schools which has a reliability of 0.96. The statistics used in data analysis consisted of percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-Test, F-Test and Pearson Correlation. The results of the study were summarized as follows: 1. the learning leadership of administrators and learning organization of schools overall level was at a high level 2. second comparison of the learning leadership of administrators and learning organization of educational institutions classified by gender, educational background, working experience, and school size, found that overall, each aspect was not different from each other. 3. the research found a significant relationship between the learning leadership of administrators and the learning organization of educational institutions at the .01 level (Pearson Correlation = 0.64). 4. the suggestion of learning leadership of administrators and learning organization of schools found that administrators should have an appropriate conceptual plan and have expertise in using technology to manage educational institutions.
