Abstract:
The purposes of this research were (1) to study of risk management of School Administrators (2) to compare the same by the school administrators as classified by educational backgrounds, working experiences and school sizes and (3) to examine the problems and guidelines for the risk management of school administrators affiliated to the secondary educational service area office Ubon Ratchathani Amnat Charoen. The samples used in the research were school administrators and teachers numbering 432 under the jurisdiction of the secondary educational service area office Ubon Ratchathani Amnat Charoen. The research instrument was a five-rating scale questionnaire. It has totality 40 items and the interview form of best practice of school administrators. The entire confidence value is equal to .99. The Statistics were percentage, frequency, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test and Scheffes paired method.
The research findings were as follows.
1. The risk management of school administrators affiliated to the secondary educational service area office Ubon Ratchathani Amnat Charoen. All four aspects in both overview and aspects had risk management at high level. The aspect which was the highest level was risk management of general administration, followed by the risk management of personnel administration.
2. With the opinions on the risk management of school administrators affiliated to the secondary educational service area office Ubon Ratchathani Amnat Charoen, it was found that the school administrators and teachers who were different in educational backgrounds, working experiences had no different and the respondents who worked in different school sizes had different opinions. statistically significant at the level .05
3. The problems and recommendations on the risk management were as follows. The problems were: teaching management, course development use of educational technology, have insufficient budget, The personnel lacked knowledge of finance and supplies, Lack of personnel teaching at the major compensation and welfare promotion and the building. The guidelines were: There should be a course administration of educational institutions. Encouraging personnel to receive training to develop knowledge in various fields to support their operations, there should be create morale and encouragement for personnel, Involve all parties in the management There is a joint plan to develop educational institutions and should be carried out continuously.
