Factors affecting behavior of the intention for using information technology systems and electronic management of Local Administrative Organization of Kongdin District, Klaeng, Rayong
Abstract:
This research aims to study the factors influencing the intention to use information technology systems and electronic management in the local administrative organization of Kong Din, Klaeng, Rayong. The quantitative research method involves collecting questionnaires from 390 individuals in Kong Din sub-district, Klaeng district. The results, including percentages, frequency distributions, means, and standard deviations, were analyzed using independent sample t-tests, One-Way Analysis of Variance and Multiple Linear Regression. The results indicated that 56.15% of the representative samples were female, 48.46% were aged 20 or younger, 53.08% of the representative sample had an education level lower than a bachelor's degree, 46.41% were students, and 69.49% had an income lower than or equal to 10,000 baht. The hypothesis was challenged, revealing that people of different ages and occupations exhibited varying behaviors in their intention to use information technology systems and electronic management in local administrative organizations. Motivation for use, perception of usefulness, and ease of information technology systems were identified as factors influencing the intention to use information technology systems and electronic management in the local administrative organization of Kong Din, Klaeng, Rayong, with a significance level of 0.01.
