Abstract:
This research aimed to study the digital technology skills in educational administration, compare the digital technology skills in educational administration classified by personal factors and school size factors and explore the guidelines for the digital technology skills in educational administration under the Office of Ubonratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 1. The research population consisted of 241 school administrators. 155 samples were obtained using simple random numbers. The research tools are questionnaires and interviews. The confidence level was .98. The statistics used in the research were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test.
These research findings were as follows: 1) State and problems of digital technology skills in educational administration under the Office of Ubonratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 1. The overall state and problems of digital technology skills were at high and moderate levels. The skills with the most conditions and problems were information discovery skills and digital innovation skills. 2)The results of the comparison of state and problems of digital technology skills in educational administration under the office of Ubonratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 1, classified by gender and age, it was found both the state and the problem Overall, there was a statistically significant difference at the 0.01 level. But the classification according to work experience in school administrators is no different and it was found the problems were significantly different at the .01 level. but the state is no different. 3) Guidelines for supporting digital technology skills found that school administrators should be open to accepting the development of technology. Increase incentives for innovation development for teachers. Encourage teachers to acquire knowledge and practice technological skills to develop an organization into a digital organization.
