The study of internal quality assurance administration in Utilization of assessment results in educational Quality development Under the Office of Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area 4
Abstract:
This research aims to (1) study the condition after applying the evaluated outcome from this research to improve educational standard of school in Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area Office 4. (2) compare the opinion between school executives and teachers in point of applying the evaluated outcome according to educational standard and internal quality assurance proceeding in Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area Office. 4, classified from position, career experience and school size. (3) study problems and improvement guide received from internal quality assurance outcome in Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area Office. 4. Sample groups of this research are 256 of executives and teachers, random by Stratified Random Sampling method and Simple Random Sampling method. Research instruments for this research are Likert Scale questionnaire, Open- Ended questionnaire. The reliability of 2 questionnaires is .95 which consisted from percentage, average, standard deviation, T- test, F- test and Scheffe' method.
The research findings were as follows.
1.The administration state of educational quality assurance after applied the evaluated outcome which according to the opinion of executives and teachers found that the overall state is improved significantly.
2. The outcome from comparing the opinion among executives and teachers has not shown any differences, However the outcome from comparing the opinion from executives and teachers who has different career experience and school size has shown the difference significantly as 0.1.
3. Management issue of educational quality assurance emphasizes on applying the evaluated outcome to improve educational school standard found that schools still have confusion about internal quality assurance, teachers and community mostly do not have comprehension about school context, there is no analysis the indicators that should fix issues and improve weakness points has performed yet. Schools should plan a guiding framework about applying the outcomes which is not suitable for the standard that schools have specified. And Schools should hold the seminar about the internal quality assurance that emphasize applying the evaluated outcome, analyzing the outcome for the state of school to comprehend the context of schools, analyzing it and compare the outcome to the previous outcome systemically, holding a meeting to explain a framework to accessories and use various methods to obtain the real outcome-based on recent state and use the plan to improve educational quality, tracing, monitoring, evaluating and improving standard continuously.
