A Study of Moral Practice of Educational Institution of Basic Education Administrators under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 1
Abstract:
The purposes of this study were study and compare the moral behavior practice of the administrators of basic education institutions under the Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, classified by gender, educational level. and working experience and to study the moral behavior of the administrators of basic education institutions The sample group used in this research was 316 teachers in schools under the Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a 5-level estimation scale. .98 The statistics used in the data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation, t-test, F-test.
The results of the study were as follows
1. The teachers' opinions towards the moral conduct of the administrators of basic education schools under Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, overall and each aspect were at a high level.
2. The results of the comparison of the teachers' opinions on the moral conduct of the administrators of basic education institutions. Under Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, it was found that classified by work experience. Overall, was statistically significant at the 0.01 level and when classified by educational level. Overall, the difference was statistically significant at the .05 level. It was found that the overall was not different.
3.
