Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสภาพการดำเนินงานการนำเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมาใช้ในระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน (2) เปรียบเทียบการดำเนินงานการนำเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมาใช้ในระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3 จำแนกตาม ตำแหน่ง ประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน และขนาดของสถานศึกษาและ (3) ศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะในการดำเนินงานการนำเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมาใช้ในระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3 ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย จำนวน 338 คน ประกอบด้วย ผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษาและครูหรือครูหัวหน้างานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 39 ข้อ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ .88 สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบที และการทดสอบเอฟ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สภาพการดำเนินงานการนำเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมาใช้ในระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของสถานศึกษา โดยรวม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2. การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูหรือครูหัวหน้างานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนที่มีต่อสภาพการดำเนินงานการนำเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมาใช้ในระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน จำแนกตามตำแหน่ง โดยรวม พบว่าแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ส่วนด้านประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงานและขนาดของสถานศึกษาต่างกัน โดยรวมพบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกัน 3. การศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะ 1) ด้านการรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล พบว่าควรให้ความสำคัญในการสำรวจข้อมูลนักเรียนโดยนำเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเข้ามาช่วยในการรวบรวมข้อมูล 2) ด้านการคัดกรอง พบว่า ต้องมีการวางแผนพัฒนาระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อนำมาใช้ในด้านการคัดกรองให้เหมาะสมกับสภาพพื้นที่ 3) ด้านการส่งเสริมและพัฒนา พบว่าควรจัดกิจกรรมต่างๆในรูปแบบ Online 4) ด้านการป้องกันช่วยเหลือและแก้ปัญหา พบว่า ควรใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือติดต่อสื่อสารกับนักเรียน ให้คำปรึกษาทันทีเมื่อทราบ เพื่อลดโอกาสการเกิดขึ้นของปัญหา และ 5) ด้านการส่งต่อ พบว่า ต้องมีติดต่อสื่อสารและให้ข้อมูลทางออนไลน์กับบุคคลหรือ หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องจะสามารถทำให้การทำงานสะดวกและรวดเร็วมากยิ่งขึ้น และข้อเสนอแนะอื่น ๆ พบว่า ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาต้องพัฒนาบุคลากรผู้รับผิดชอบให้มีความรู้ความเข้าใจ มีความเอาใจใส่ต่องานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนและต้องสนับสนุนอย่างเต็มที่ โดยจัดหาวัสดุอุปกรณ์ที่ส่งเสริมเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศให้ครอบคลุมทุกโรงเรียนทุกขนาดโรงเรียนได้พัฒนาระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนให้เกิดผลสำเร็จและมีประสิทธิภาพ ให้นักเรียนได้เรียนรู้ให้เท่าทันยุคสมัยปัจจุบัน

Abstract: The research aimed to (1) study the operating conditions (2) development guidelines and recommendations and (3) compare and the opinion of using information technology in the student care and support system. the implementation according to position, work experience and school size of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The samples numbered 338 consisting of administrators and teachers. The research instrument was a five-rating scale questionnaire of 39 items of a total confidence value equivalent to .88. The statistics were frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and F- test The research findings were as follows. 1. The Context of Information Technology in the Student Care and Support System of School in Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 was found to be at a highest level 2. The results of the comparison of the opinions of school administrators and teachers were found that different positions held different opinions on the implementation with a statistical significance of .01 .But different working experiences and school sizes held not different opinions on the implementation. 3. The results of the recommendations study: 1) On knowing student individually: The emphasize of Student Surveys by using Information Technology in gathering data 2) On student screening: School have to meetings to design and development of information technology systems to be used in screening that are suitable for the conditions of the area 3) On student promotion : Organize various activities in online form. 4) On prevention and solution: Mobile phones should be used to communicate with students and give advice immediately for reduce the likelihood of problems occurring. 5) On transferring : communicate and provide information online with individuals or Relevant agencies will be able to make work easier. Other suggestions, develop the personnel responsible for knowledge and understanding in student care and support system. Trying to pay attention to the work and fully support by providing materials and equipment that promote information technology to cover all schools. Develop to be successful and effective. Management for education to be efficient and effective for learners.
