Relationship between management based on good governance of school administrators and school effectiveness under sa kaeo primary educational service area office 2
Abstract:
This research aimed to: 1) examine the management based on good governance of school administrators under Sa Kaeo Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, 2) investigate the effectiveness of schools under Sa Kaeo Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, and 3) study the relationship between management based on good governance of school administrators and school effectiveness under Sa Kaeo Primary Educational Service Area Office 2.
The sample group in this study consisted of 291 teachersunderSa Kaeo Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 of academic year 2022. The sample size was determined using Krejcie and Morgans Table and cluster sampling method. The research instrument was a five-level rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearsons correlation coefficient.
The research results showed that: 1) the management based on good governance of school administratorsunder Sa Kaeo Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 showed a high level both in overview and in each aspect, 2) the effectiveness of schools under Sa Kaeo Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 showed a high level both in overview and in each aspect, and 3) the relationship between management based on good governance of school administrators and school effectiveness under Sa Kaeo Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was positively correlated at a high level, with a statistical significance at a the level of .01 both in overview and in each aspect.
