Abstract:
The purpose of this research is (1) to explore the personal factors of buyers of computer equipment. And electronics Through the e-commerce system (2) to study the marketing factors affecting the decision of purchasing computer equipment. And electronics Through the electronic commerce system (3) to study the decision to purchase computer equipment. And electronics Through electronic commerce system A total of 400 people were randomly sampled. Tools used for this research. The questionnaires were closed-ended questionnaires, and this analysis of the data used different statistics including percentage, mean, and chi-square standard deviation.
The results of the study showed the most consumers are female, age between 20 30 years, earned between 20,000 30,000 baht per month, and hold bachelors degree. In addition, buy computer equipment via electronic commerce system in Thailand considered form price and terms and conditions. The main objective most of them received information through media on internet. In addition, the researcher found that the highest decision making was price. Hypothesis testing revealed that personal factors and digital marketing ware related to decision making to buy computer equipment via electronic commerce system in Thailand.
