Abstract:
The objectives of the study were 1) to study the conditions of academic administration of schools in network centers 9, 2) to investigate a guideline for academic management using the professional learning community process of schools in network center 9, and 3) to evaluate academic management using the professional community learning process of schools in the network center 9, Phuttha Leela Bangkhan under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. This is qualitative research. The researcher conducted the research with three steps: (1) the procedure for studying the condition by analyzing documents and in-depth interviews from 15 stakeholders, (2) draft guidelines for academic management by analyzing documents for draft guidelines and in-depth interviews from 5 key informants and (3) 40 informants in assessing academic management guidelines of 40. The research instruments used included an in-depth interview on the condition of academic management of schools in the network center 9, Phuttha Leela Bang Khan. In-depth interviews and assessments on academic management were employed with the professional community learning process. The academic management guideline was taken to analyze their suitability, feasibility, and utility using the professional learning community process of schools in the network center 9 with a fivefold criteria level.
The findings were as follows: 1) in academic management conditions, there was developed educational curriculum, starting with analysis, the structure of the curriculum, assembling courses, and course evaluation. In the field of learning process development, a wide range of teaching styles can be adjusted. There were measurements and evaluations based on real conditions and match with the indicator. Media, innovation, and educational technology were used with accurate content, modern, attractive. Supervision required cooperation in all three parties: administrators, supervisors, and those who were supervised, 2) for academic administration using community processes of professional learning, from the implementation of academic management, there were six elements related to the professional learning community process, including (1) shared vision, (2) collaboration and teamwork, (3) shared leadership, (4) learning and professional development, (5) Kalyanmit community (true-friend), (6) community supporting structure, and 3) evaluation results. The guideline for academic administration using the professional learning community process at schools in the network center 9, Phutthaleela Bang Khan, under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, overall, as appropriate, possible, and beneficial at the highest level.
