Abstract:
The purposes the student were 1) to study the implementation of the student care and support system management, 2) to compare the implementation of student care and support system management, 3) to explore the guidelines for the management of student care and support student support system according to the Principle of Brahmavihara 4 the schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office Nakhon Si Thammarat. The study was conducted with school administrators and teachers, involved in the student care and support system from 60 schools total of 300 people. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. The statistics used were percentage, average, and standard deviation, and comparison was conducted by testing hypothesis by t-test and one-way ANOVA analysis.
The results of the study were as follows:
1) The average management of the student support system according of the schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Nakhon Si Thammarat, overall, was very high. When each aspect was considered, it was found that the average of student promotion and development was highest, followed by the aspect of knowing students individually with students screening. Learner forwarding section has minimum average
2) The management of the student system according of the schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Nakhon Si Thammarat. When they were classified by status and attendance, there was a statistically significant difference at a .05 level when they were classified by work experience and school size, there was no difference.
3) The guideline for the management of the student system according to the principle of the Brahmavihàra of the schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Nakhon Si Thammarat. The most important aspect was the screening of students employing the principle of fairness, caretaking to help students, to utilize information in promoting and developing of students to be competent in various areas.
