Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการบริหารงานแนะแนวของโรงเรียนในสหวิทยาเขตศรีตรังสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาตรัง กระบี่ 2) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารงานแนะแนวตามหลักอิทธิบาท 4 ของโรงเรียนในสหวิทยาเขตศรีตรัง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาตรัง กระบี่ 3) เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการบริหารงานแนะแนวตามหลักอิทธิบาท 4 ของโรงเรียนในสหวิทยาเขตศรีตรัง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาตรัง กระบี่ ใช้ระเบียบการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เก็บข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก การศึกษาสภาพ จำนวน 15 คน การร่างแนวทาง จำนวน 5 คน และเสนอแนวทางจำนวน 7 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลแบบอุปนัย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพการบริหารงานแนะแนวของโรงเรียนในสหวิทยาเขตศรีตรัง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาตรัง กระบี่ มีการบริหารงานแนะแนวดังนี้ 1) บริการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลรายบุคคล 2) บริการสารสนเทศ 3) บริการให้คำปรึกษา 4) บริการจัดวางตัวรายบุคคล 5) บริการติดตามและประเมินผล 2) แนวทางการบริหารงานแนะแนวตามหลักอิทธิบาท 4 ของโรงเรียนในสหวิทยาเขตศรีตรัง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาตรัง กระบี่ คือ ดำเนินงานแนะแนว 5 บริการ ประกอบด้วย บริการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลรายบุคคล บริการสารสนเทศ บริการให้คำปรึกษา บริการจัดวางตัวรายบุคคล บริการติดตามและประเมินผล โดยประยุกต์ใช้หลักอิทธิบาท 4 ตามแนวทางการบริหารงานแนะแนว 6 ขั้นตอนดังนี้ 1) กำหนดเป้าหมายและแผนพัฒนาการให้บริการแนะแนว 2) การจัดระบบบริหารและระบบข้อมูลการให้บริการแนะแนว 3) การดำเนินงานตามระบบบริการแนะแนว 4) การนิเทศ ติดตาม และประเมินผลการการให้บริการแนะแนว 5) การรายงานผลการดำเนินงานตามระบบการแนะแนวในโรงเรียน 6) การพัฒนาระบบการแนะแนวในโรงเรียนอย่างต่อเนื่องและยั่งยืน 3) ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิได้ตรวจสอบแนวทางการบริหารงานแนะแนวตามหลักอิทธิบาท 4 ของโรงเรียนในสหวิทยาเขตศรีตรัง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาตรัง กระบี่ พบว่า มีความเหมาะสม มีความเป็นไปได้ มีความเป็นประโยชน์ สามารถนำไปใช้ได้

Abstract: The study aimed at 1) studying the guidance management conditions of schools in the Sri Trang Secondary School Consortium, Trang-Krabi Secondary School Educational Service Area 2, 2) investigating the guidelines in guidance management according to the Iddhipada principle of the Sri Trang Secondary School Consortium, Trang-Krabi Secondary School Educational Service Area 2, and 3) to propose guideline in guidance according to the Iddhipada principle of the Sri Trang Secondary School Consortium, Trang-Krabi Secondary School Educational Service Area 2. The study employed a qualitative research method. Data were collected by in-depth interview, 15 informants for conditions,5 persons for drafting the guideline, and 7 informants for analytic induction. The findings revealed the followings: 1. A guideline for guidance management based on the Iddhipada principle of the Sri Trang Secondary School Consortium, Trang-Krabi Secondary School Educational Service Area 2 consisted of the following guidance management: 1) Individual data collection services, 2) information services, 3) consulting services, 4) Individual placement services, 5) follow-up and evaluation services. 2. The guidelines for the management of guidance according to the Iddhipada principle of the Sri Trang Secondary School Consortium, Trang-Krabi Secondary School Educational Service Area 2 was a five-service guidance operation consisting of individual data collection service, information service, consulting service, Individual placement service, follow-up and evaluation service by applying the principle of Iddhipada according to the 6 steps guidance management guidelines as follows: 1) setting goals and guidance service development plans, 2) managing system and guidance information system, 3) implementation of guidance services system, 4) supervision, follow-up and evaluation of guidance services, 5) reporting performance according to the guidance system in schools, and 6) continuous and sustainable development of guidance systems in schools. 3. Experts had reviewed the guidance guideline according to the Iddhipada principle of the Sri Trang Secondary School The consortium, Trang-Krabi Secondary School, Educational Service Area 2 was appropriate, useful, and possible.
