Abstract:
This dissertation is a Research and Development or (R and D) research. It creates a model to develop a leading teacher model in Buddhist learning management through Buddhist Peaceful Means. with real action by introducing modern science in teacher-leader development with the teachings of Theravada Buddhism. to be integrated in order to develop the model and experiment with the model until it achieves maximum efficiency under the heading The Model of Leadership Teacher Model for Buddhist Learning Management by Buddhist Peaceful Means has 3 objectives: 1) to study and analyze the context, problem conditions, needs and needs; about Buddhist learning management of teachers under the Office of Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area 1 2) to study and analyze the principles of Buddhist Peaceful Means that facilitate teacher leadership as a prototype of Buddhist learning manageme by Buddhist Peaceful Means 3) To develop and present a prototype teacher-leader development model for Buddhist learning management through Buddhist Peaceful Means.
