Abstract: ดุษฎีนิพนธ์เล่มนี้เป็นงานวิจัยแบบ Research and Development หรือ (R and D) เป็นการสร้างรูปแบบเพื่อนำไปพัฒนาครูผู้นำต้นแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้วิชาพระพุทธศาสนาโดยพุทธสันติวิธี ด้วยการลงมือปฏิบัติจริง โดยนำศาสตร์สมัยใหม่ด้านการการพัฒนาครูผู้นำต้นแบบกับหลักธรรม คำสอนของพระพุทธศาสนาเถรวาท มาบูรณาการเพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบและทดลองรูปแบบจนเกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด ภายใต้หัวข้อเรื่อง “รูปแบบการพัฒนาครูผู้นำต้นแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้วิชาพระพุทธศาสนาโดยพุทธสันติวิธี” มีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ประการ 1) เพื่อศึกษาวิเคราะห์ บริบท สภาพปัญหา ความต้องการจำเป็น เกี่ยวกับการจัดการเรียนรู้วิชาพระพุทธศาสนาของครูในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 1 2) เพื่อศึกษาวิเคราะห์หลักพุทธสันติวิธีที่เอื้อต่อการพัฒนาครูผู้นำต้นแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้วิชาพระพุทธศาสนาโดยพุทธสันติวิธี 3) เพื่อพัฒนาและนำเสนอรูปแบบการพัฒนาครูผู้นำต้นแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้วิชาพระพุทธศาสนาโดยพุทธสันติวิธี ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) เพื่อศึกษาวิเคราะห์ บริบท สภาพปัญหา ความต้องการจำเป็น เกี่ยวกับการจัดการเรียนรู้วิชาพระพุทธศาสนาของครูในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 1 พบว่า สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 1 มีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบบริหารจัดการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานแก่ประชากรวัยเรียนในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษานครราชสีมาเขต 1 ดำเนินการจัดการเรียนการสอนเริ่มตั้งแต่ระดับชั้นอนุบาลจนถึงระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 มีเป้าหมายเพื่อมุ่งเน้นการเรียนการสอนให้เกิดผลสัมฤทธิ์ ตามหลักเกณฑ์ของกระทรวงศึกษาธิการภายใต้การควบคุมดูแลของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน พบสภาพปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการจัดการเรียนการสอนวิชาพระพุทธศาสนาในปัจจุบันในด้านการเรียนการสอน ด้านการใช้สื่อและแหล่งเรียนรู้ ด้านบรรยากาศการเรียนรู้ และด้านการวัดและประเมินผล ส่วนคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ยังมีการพบปัญหาในนักเรียนบางกลุ่ม และปัญหาที่สะท้อนให้เห็นอย่างชัดเจนคือ การที่นักเรียนประสบปัญหาเรื่องของการใช้ชีวิตประจำวันอย่างขาดสติ ส่งผลกระทบต่อการเรียนและสมาธิในการดำเนินชีวิตรวมถึงการทำกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ มีพฤติกรรมที่ขาดความรับผิดชอบ ขาดระเบียบวินัย กระบวนการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่มีอยู่ในปัจจุบันของโรงเรียน ยังไม่สามารถออกแบบการพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่ครอบคลุมและตรงกับสภาพความต้องการและปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นจริงโดยผ่านกิจกรรมที่มีความน่าสนใจและตรงกับความต้องการของนักเรียน และพัฒนาการตามช่วงวัย 2) หลักพุทธสันติวิธีที่เอื้อต่อการพัฒนาครูผู้นำต้นแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้วิชาพระพุทธศาสนาได้ข้อสรุปว่าหลักพุทธสันติวิธีที่เอื้อต่อการพัฒนาครูผู้นำต้นแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้วิชาพระพุทธศาสนาโดยพุทธสันติวิธี มีหลักกัลยาณมิตรธรรม 7 โดยมีหลักภาวนา 4 เป็นผลสัมฤทธิ์ ในการพัฒนา มีหลักธรรมที่เป็นกระบวนการในการพัฒนา คือ หลักกัลยาณมิตรธรรม 7 และมีหลักธรรมสนับสนุน ดังนี้ คือ หลักโยนิโสมนสิการ และหลักอริยสัจ 4 ซึ่ง “ครูผู้นำต้นแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้วิชาพระพุทธศาสนา” จะมีคุณลักษณะโดยมีผลลัพธ์ซึ่งแสดงออกในรูปของภาวิต 4 ซึ่งแบ่งออกเป็น การพัฒนาภายนอก 2 ประการ คือ ภาวิตกาย และภาวิตศีล การพัฒนาภายใน 2 ประการ คือ ภาวิตจิต และภาวิตปัญญา หลังการเข้ารับการพัฒนาแล้ว ครูจะต้องนำสิ่งที่ได้เรียนรู้ไปลงมือทำ เป็นวิถีชีวิตของครูผู้นำต้นแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้วิชาพระพุทธศาสนา คือ “อบอุ่นพึ่งได้ ใส่ใจเกื้อกูล เพิ่มพูนเมตตา นำพาพ้นทุกข์” 3) การพัฒนาและนำเสนอรูปแบบการครูผู้นำต้นแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้วิชาพระพุทธศาสนาโดยพุทธสันติวิธี ซึ่งอยู่ในกรอบของอุดมการณ์ หลักการ โดยใช้โมเดลการพัฒนาขึ้น ชื่อว่า “FRIEND Model” ประกอบด้วย 1) Faith การสร้างความศรัทธา 2) Relationship การสร้างมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ 3) Inner peace ด้านการสร้างสันติภายใน 4) Educational Experience ด้านการพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนรู้ 5) Network ด้านการสร้างเครือข่ายและชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ 6) Development ด้านการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำ ซึ่งสันตินวัตกรรมที่ได้จากงานวิจัยนี้อยู่ในรูปแบบของ “คู่มือการใช้รูปแบบการพัฒนาครูผู้นำต้นแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้วิชาพระพุทธศาสนาโดยพุทธสันติวิธี”

Abstract: This dissertation is a Research and Development or (R and D) research. It creates a model to develop a leading teacher model in Buddhist learning management through Buddhist Peaceful Means. with real action by introducing modern science in teacher-leader development with the teachings of Theravada Buddhism. to be integrated in order to develop the model and experiment with the model until it achieves maximum efficiency under the heading “The Model of Leadership Teacher Model for Buddhist Learning Management by Buddhist Peaceful Means” has 3 objectives: 1) to study and analyze the context, problem conditions, needs and needs; about Buddhist learning management of teachers under the Office of Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area 1 2) to study and analyze the principles of Buddhist Peaceful Means that facilitate teacher leadership as a prototype of Buddhist learning manageme by Buddhist Peaceful Means 3) To develop and present a prototype teacher-leader development model for Buddhist learning management through Buddhist Peaceful Means. From the study, the following results are found: 1) To study and analyze the context, problem conditions, needs and necessities Regarding the Buddhist learning management of teachers under the Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, it was found that the Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was responsible for basic education management for the school-age population in the area. Nakhon Ratchasima Education Region 1operates teaching and learning starting from kindergarten to grade 3 with the goal of focusing on teaching and learning to achieve results. According to the criteria of the Ministry of Education under the supervision of the Office of the Basic Education Commission. Found problems with teaching and learning in Buddhist subjects at present in terms of teaching and learning. The use of media and learning resources learning atmosphere and measurement and evaluation As for the desirable characteristics, problems were found in some groups of students. and the problem clearly reflected is The students have problems with their daily life without consciousness. Affects learning and concentration in life, including doing various activities. have irresponsible behavior lack of discipline The existing learning management process of the school. It is not yet possible to design a comprehensive learning management development that meets the actual needs and problems through activities that are interesting and meet the students' needs. and development according to age To develop teachers to have knowledge ability and good skills in managing and learning Buddhism subjects Training, development and supervision are required. Follow up so that teachers can develop learning management and design teaching and learning activities that are suitable for children in the digital age. which will affect the development of society to achieve peace. 2) The principles of Buddhist Peaceful Means that contribute to the development of teacher-leaders in Buddhist learning management have concluded that the principles of Buddhist Peaceful Means that contribute to the development of teacher-leaders in Buddhist learning management by Buddhist subjects way There are 7 principles of Kalayanamit Dharma, with 4principles of prayer as development achievements. There are 7 principles that are the process of development, namely, the Kalyana-mitta-dhamma principles and the supporting principles as follows: Principles and Principles of the Four Noble Truths, which "the leading teacher model for learning in Buddhism" will have qualities, with results that are expressed in the form of the four visions, which are divided into There are two external developments, namely the physical body and the physical precepts, and the two internal developments, namely the mental and intellectual developments.
