Abstract:
The study aimed at 1) studying identity to enhance learner characteristics of Kanchanapisekwittayalai School, Krabi 2) to study the guidelines for developing identity according to the Benjaviti principle to enhance learner characteristics of Kanchanapisekwittayalai School, Krabi and 3) to present guidelines for identity development according to the Benjaviti principle to enhance learner characteristics of Kanchanapisekwittayalai School, Krabi. The study employed a qualitative research method. Data were collected by in-depth interviews, 15 informants for conditions, 5 persons for drafting the guideline, and 7 informants for analytic induction.
The findings revealed as followings;
1) Identity to enhance learner characteristics to enhance learner characteristics of Kanchanapisek Wittayalai School, Krabi had operation through 4 steps were (1) planning the set identity of schools, planning the school context operation, analysis the operation of school (SWOT) and analysis result was planning pattern to set identity. The most important factor was made participator to understanding the important of learner characteristics (2) developing identity according to the Benjaviti principle to enhance learner characteristics by lady and gentlemen identity guidebook with Benjaviti principle of Kanchanapisek Wittayalai School, Krabi and integrate with learning and teaching and project/activity of the school. (3) supervision, supervises, monitor and evaluate had informal and flexible participation. (4) the school used teacher model, student model and advertise to improvement, correction and keep identity.
2) developing identity according to the Benjaviti principle guideline to to enhance learner characteristics of Kanchanapisekwittayalai School, Krabi found that operation through 4 steps (1) planning to set identity (2) to operate identity (3) supervision, supervises, monitor and evaluate (4) improvement, correction and keep identity.
3) developing identity according to the Benjaviti principle guideline to to enhance learner characteristics of Kanchanapisekwittayalai School, Krabi had follow the concept by Thipsuda Sommana and Deming Cycle (PDCA) that had 4 steps were (1) planning to set identity (2) to operate identity (3) supervision, supervises, monitor and evaluate (4) improvement, correction and keep identity."
