Abstract:
The objectives of this research were 1) to study academic administration according to the 4 Principles of Immigration and the quality of learners in educational institutions. under the Office of Krabi Primary Educational Service Area 2) to study the relationship between academic administration according to the principle of power and learner quality in schools under the Krabi Primary Educational Service Area Office. This research uses a combined research methodology. This is a method of combining quantitative research and qualitative research. Both quantitative data were collected by questionnaires from the sample group, namely administrators and teachers. The samples were 320 students under the Krabi Primary Educational Service Area Office. Statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Multiple Regression analysis using a packaged program. and interviews from 5 key informants. Statistics used in content analysis
The research results found that ;
Academic administration according to the principle of influence 4 of administrators and learner quality in educational institutions under the Office of Krabi Primary Educational Service Area. It was found that overall was at the highest level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the management according to the Chitta Principle had the highest average, followed by management according to the principle of Wimansa Management according to the principle of persistence has the lowest average
1) Learner Quality from Academic Administration According to the Principle of Influence 4 under the Office of Krabi Primary Educational Service Area Overall, it was at a high level. When considering each side, it was found that the desired characteristics of the learners had the highest mean, followed by, and the item with the lowest mean was Academic achievement of learners
