Abstract:
The objectives of this research are: 1) to study the state of leadership skills in the 21st century of administrators, 2) to study development methods of leadership skills in the 21st century of administrators according to the four principles of Patisambida, and 3) to propose guidelines for development methods of leadership skills in the 21st century according to the four principles of Patisambida for administrators under Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Non-formal and Informal Education Center. The quantitative data of the study were collected from 69 teachers and analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The qualitative data were collected from in-depth interviews with 5 experts and analyzed by content analysis.
The study results showed that:
1. The state of leadership skills in the 21st century of administrators under Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Non-formal and Informal Education Center in 5 aspects was at a high level in total. In descending order, the highest level was on Human relations, followed by Technology and digital, Organization management, Communication, and Analytical thinking and creative thinking respectively.
2. The development methods of leadership skills in the 21st century of administrators according to the four principles of Patisambida consist of: 1) 5 skills in management, i.e. communicative skills, organization management skills, analytical and creative thinking skills, technology and digital skills, and human relations skills; and 2) the four principles of Patisambida, i.e. analytic insight of consequence, analytic insight of origin, analytic insight of philosophy, and analytic insight of ready wit.
3. The guidelines for development methods of leadership skills in the 21st century according to the four principles of Patisambida for administrators under Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Non-formal and Informal Education Centre are that: 1) Communicative skills according to Niruttipatisambida are (1) To develop administrators with participative administration, and (2) To develop administrators with open-mind. 2) Organization management skills according to Atthapatisambida are (1) To develop administrators with evaluation knowledge in development, and (2) To develop administrators with evaluation knowledge in duty performance.3) Analytical and creative thinking skills according to Dhammapatisambida and Patibhanapatisambida are (1) To develop administrators with community participation, and (2) To develop administrators with work performance methods. 4) Technology and digital skills according to Patibhana patisambida are to develop administrators with skills in research and evaluation. 5) Analytical and creative thinking skills according to Nirutti patisambida are (1) Administrators treat the others without ego, (2) Administrators create the atmosphere of cooperation in the organization, and (3) Administrators arrange activities supporting love and unity."
