Abstract:
The objectives of this research are: 1) to study the state of learning resource management in the digital era according to Buddhist principles in Opportunity Expansion Schools in Phak Hai district under the Office of Education Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Provine 2) to study the methods for learning resource management in the digital era according to Buddhist principles in Opportunity Expansion Schools in Phak Hai district under the Office of Education Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Provine and 3) to propose guidelines for learning resource management in the digital era according to Buddhist principles in Opportunity Expansion Schools in Phak Hai district under the Office of Education Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Provine The mixed research methods were used in the study. The quantitative data were collected by questionnaires from 69 populations and analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The qualitative data were collected by in-depth interviews with 5 key-informants and then analyzed by content analysis.
The results of the study were found that:
1. The state of learning resource management in the digital era according to Buddhist principles in Opportunity Expansion Schools in Phak Hai district under the Office of Education Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Provine eindicated that: The first one was on Operation; to point out the significance of learning resources to students. The second one was on Planning; to open and welcome community and external stakeholders to participate in setting plans and school management through online platform. The third one was on Report; to publicize the work report on online media.
2. The methods for learning resource management in the digital era in Opportunity Expansion Schools in Phak Hai district under the Office of Education Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Provine according to seven principles of Sappaya: (1) Avasa sappaya, (2) Gocara sappaya, (3) Bhassa sappaya, (4) Puggala sappaya, (5) Bhojana sappaya, (6) Utu sappaya, and (7) Iriyapatha sappaya. All these seven principles are integrated in operation management, planning and reporting the work results to public.
3. The guidelines for learning resource management in the digital era in Opportunity Expansion Schools in Phak Hai district under the Office of Education Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Provine according to seven principles of Sappaya are as follows; in operation management, there are learning resources, library, computer room, learning network, and budget. In planning, work management is divided into 4 sections and school personnel help make work schedule. In work conclusion and report, there are work manual and operation results of school activities.
