Abstract: การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อสมรรถนะของผู้บริหารในการบริหารสถานศึกษาของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาส สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นและจำแนกตามระดับทางการศึกษาและประสบการณ์การทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ครูในสถานศึกษาของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาส สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง จำนวน 136 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน เทียบขนาดของประชากรที่ จำนวน 210 คน ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ทั้งสิ้น 136 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น และนำมากำหนดสัดส่วนตามขนาดของกลุ่มประชากรในแต่ละสถานศึกษา และทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าเอฟ (F-test) และวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับสมรรถนะของผู้บริหารในการบริหารสถานศึกษาของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาส สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 1 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อสมรรถนะหลักของผู้บริหารในการบริหารสถานศึกษาของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาส สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 1 จำแนกตามระดับทางการศึกษา พบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกัน และ 3) ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อสมรรถนะหลักของผู้บริหารในการบริหารสถานศึกษาของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาส สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 1 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงาน พบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

Abstract: The purposes of this research were to study and compare the teachers’ views on the competence of administrators in school administration of school expand the opportunity under the Lampang primary educational service area office 1 based on an academic degree and work experience. The sample group includes 136 teachers in educational institutions of school expands the opportunity under the Lampang primary academic service area office 1, the sample size was determined using the ready-made tables of Krejcie and Morgan. Comparing the population size of 210 people, a total of 136 people were sampled. A stratified sampling method was used, the proportions were determined according to the population’s size in each educational institution and a specific sampling was performed. The instrument used was a 5-level estimation scale questionnaire. The statistics in the analysis were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. F-test and One-Way ANOVA The results of this research found that 1) the level of core competence of administrators of school expands the opportunity under the Lampang primary educational service area office 1, overall, each aspect was at a high level, 2) the results of the comparison of teachers’ opinions on the competence of administrators of school expands the opportunity under the Lampang primary educational service area office 1. classified by educational degree, it was found that there was no statistically significant difference and 3) the results of the comparison of teachers’ opinions on the competence of administrators in the school administration of school expands the opportunity under the Lampang primary educational service area office 1, classified by work experience, it was found that was not statistically significant at the 0.05 level.
