Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to study and compare the teachers views on the competence of administrators in school administration of school expand the opportunity under the Lampang primary educational service area office 1 based on an academic degree and work experience. The sample group includes 136 teachers in educational institutions of school expands the opportunity under the Lampang primary academic service area office 1, the sample size was determined using the ready-made tables of Krejcie and Morgan. Comparing the population size of 210 people, a total of 136 people were sampled. A stratified sampling method was used, the proportions were determined according to the populations size in each educational institution and a specific sampling was performed. The instrument used was a 5-level estimation scale questionnaire. The statistics in the analysis were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. F-test and One-Way ANOVA The results of this research found that 1) the level of core competence of administrators of school expands the opportunity under the Lampang primary educational service area office 1, overall, each aspect was at a high level, 2) the results of the comparison of teachers opinions on the competence of administrators of school expands the opportunity under the Lampang primary educational service area office 1. classified by educational degree, it was found that there was no statistically significant difference and 3) the results of the comparison of teachers opinions on the competence of administrators in the school administration of school expands the opportunity under the Lampang primary educational service area office 1, classified by work experience, it was found that was not statistically significant at the 0.05 level.
