A Study of Innovative Leadership of School Administrators in Mae Na Wang Subdistrict Educational Quality Development Center under the Office of Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area 3
Abstract:
The purpose of this research was to study the innovative leadership of school administrators and to compare the innovative leadership of school administrators in Mae Na Wang Subdistrict Education Quality Development Center under the office of Chiang Mai Elementary School District 3 classified by educational background and work experience. The samples used in this research were 103 school education personnel in Mae Na Wang Educational Quality Development Center under the office of Chiang Mai Elementary School District 3. The tools used were a 5-point estimation scale questionnaire with a reliability of 0.871 statistics used were Frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation T-test, F-test or One way ANOVA test when differences were found and compared in pairs with LS.D (Least Significant Difference) method. The results showed that: 1) Innovative Leadership of School Administrators Overall, it was at a high level. If considering each aspect, it was found that innovation creativity and participation and teamwork were at the highest level. As for having a vision for change Creation of an innovative organizational atmosphere and risk management at a high level 2) Comparison of School Administrators' Innovative Leadership Classified by educational background and work experience the overall and individual aspects were significantly different
