Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to educate the states and the guidelines of the project management of the opportunity expansion schools under Nan primary educational service area office 2. The research procedure comprised of 2 steps. First, studying about states, the samples were 205 school administrators and teachers that selected by stratified random sampling. The research instruments were questionnaires. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics were percentage, mean, standard deviation. Second, to educate guidelines of the project management, The samples were the school administrators, a teacher, the Director of Policy and Plan and the deputy of Nan primary educational service area office 2 that selected by purposive sampling. The results showed that: the project management of the opportunity expansion schools overall was rated the average scores at high level. The guidelines found that, should be studied about agency policy, school context, community and culture before planning. Evaluate the necessity and designed project according to the management structure, clear division of work duties and adjusted according to different situations. Used the principle of participation in operations, follow-up to encourage, set up conducive workplace for working and teaching. Set a calendar and operate according to the procedure by used appropriate working models. Used the appropriate tools, evaluate during the implement and finish then use the assessment results to be adapted for the further work.
