Abstract:
The objectives of this research were to study the reasons in participating in student activities at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon and to compare the demographics and motivations of students at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. This research was a quantitative research. The questionnaire was used to collected data from a sample of students from 9 faculties and 1 institute at the bachelor's degree level coving 400 students of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. Statistics used for data collection including Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, and one-way analysis of variance. The findings revealed that: 52.00% of the students were women, 89.50% were Buddhists, and 49.50% were first-year students. Students at Rajamangala University of Technology in Phra Nakhon engaged in activities for a variety of reasons, with both engagement and non-participation at high levels. According to hypothesis testing, students at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon experienced varying challenges with activity involvement depending on their gender at the .05 level, there was statistical significance. There was no difference between students from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon who had issues participating in activities due to their religion or various academic levels.
