Abstract:
This is a survey research on Marketing mix and motivation that impact customer decision on clothes through Facebook Live channel. The objective of this research is to 1) 7P Marketing that have an effect regarding consumers buying decision. 2) Motivation that have an effect regarding consumers buying decision on clothes through Facebook Live channel. For data collected by questionnaires and a total of 400 responses.
The research resulted that respondents were female more than male aging between 26 35 years, mostly still single. Most of them earned monthly income 15,001 25,000 baht. And Buy clothes via Facebook Live less than 3 times a month. Key factors in Market Mix of 7P were Physical Evidence and Presentation, Process and People. Key factors in motivation were Emotional Buying Motive.
