Abstract:
The objectives of this research were to study the level of self-care related to health of fishermen and compare the difference of self-care related to health in the difference of basic conditioning factors. The research subjects consisted of 146 persons from the fishermen who were in Tambol Angsila, Amphur Maung, Chonburi Province. Data Collection was performs by interviewing which had two questionnaires: basic conditioning factors and self-care related to health activity. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, arithmetic means, standard deviation, t-test and one-way ANOVA. The research results indicated that the level of self-care related to health of fishmen was moderated (x = 2.24). There were significant difference at the .05 level in self-care related to health of fishermen who had difference of the status of living and welfare of health. In addition, self-care related to health of fishermen who had difference of sex, age, marital status, education level, income and health status were negatively significant difference at the .05 level.
