Abstract:
The objectives of this research were to 1) study the competency level of school administrators under the Pattani Provincial Office of Private Education. 2) study the level of conflict management of school administrators under the Pattani Provincial Office of Private Education. 3) compare the level of competency of school administrators under the Pattani Provincial Private Education Office classified by gender, position, work experience and the size of the school. 4) to compare the level of conflict management of the school administrators under the Pattani Provincial Private Education Office classified by gender, position, work experience and school size 5) to study the relationship between competence and conflict management of school administrators under the Pattani Provincial Office of Private Education 6) to compile recommendations on school administrators' competency and conflict management under the Pattani Provincial Office of Private Education the sample group consisted of 400 teachers, calculated by using the Yamane formula. The research instrument was a questionnaire divided into 4 parts. The statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean. Arithmetic Standard Deviation T-Test F-Test. After detecting the difference, use Chef Fe's method and Pearson's correlation coefficient.
The results showed that
1.The level of competence of school administrators under the Pattani Provincial Office of Private Education the overall picture was at a high level.
2.The level of conflict management of school administrators under the Pattani Provincial Office of Private Education the overall picture was at a high level.
3.Comparison of the competence of school administrators under the Pattani Provincial Office of Private Education classified by position variable the overall and individual aspects are not different gender variable work experience and the size of the school There was a statistically significant difference at the .05 level.
4.Comparison of school administrators' conflict management under the Pattani Provincial Office of Private Education classified by position variable overall and aspects were not different, but gender variables were not different. when considering each aspect of cooperation and compromise the difference was statistically significant at the .01 level and school size There are a statistically significant difference at the .05 level.
5.Relationship between competency and conflict management of school administrators under the Pattani Private Education Office there is a statistically significant positive correlation at the .01 level. The relationship was at a moderate level in all aspects.
6.Recommendations on school administrators' competency and conflict management under the Pattani Provincial Private Education Office, namely, the administrators were the policy-makers. Support teachers and educational personnel to be able to manage to teach and to learn for achieving goals, find new approaches to increase the achievement of the school with a variety of methods ready to support in every way and believe in their ideas. Use their methods to solve problems and to have a stand-in ordering teacher to follow the school's administrative procedures clearly. Emotions should not be used and should be conscious to solve the conflicts.
