Abstract:
This study aimed to study the personnel management level of Education Institutions Administrators under Pattani Primary Educational Service Area 2, compare the level of personnel management of Education Institutions Administrators under Pattani Primary Educational Service Area 2, classified by gender, education level and work experience, and process suggestions for personnel management recommendations of Education Institutions Administrators under Pattani Primary Educational Service Area 2. The population of this study consisted of 331 teachers, calculated by ready-made programs. The statistics for data analysis were average, percentage, standard deviation, t-test and F-test
The study found that:
The overall level of the personnel management of schools under Pattani Primary Educational Service Area 2 was high.
The comparison the of personnel management differences of schools under Pattani Primary Educational Service Area 2 classified by genders, educational level and teaching experience, the overall and individual aspects were not different. Considering by each aspect, it was found that teachers had different opinions on personnel management of educational institution administrators at a statistically significant level of .05.
Suggestions on the administration of Educational institution administrators under Pattani Primary Education Service Area Office 2, a rigorous testing of personnel in order to get them to work effectively should be provided. There should be a work trial and a constant development of personnel. Schools should seriously provide training for teachers and modern teaching processes. Personnel should be encouraged to study tour from other successful institutions. The administrators must be fair, and the committees should be established to assess. The administrators should prioritize all staff in the school as morale in the performance of their duties, should set clear standards of rules for salary promotion. Considering salary promotion must be clear and verifiable, and there should have the criteria of clear assessment. This makes the personnel have confidence in performing their duties. The administrators ought to check and admonish any teachers who are found guilty.
