Abstract:
This research aims to 1) school administrators
characteristics under Mukdahan Primary Educational
Service Area Office. 2) Teachers functional competency
under Mukdahan Primary Educational Service Area Office.
3) The relation between school administrators
characteristics and teachers functional competency under
Mukdahan Primary Educational Service Area Office and 4)
school administrators characteristics affecting teachers
functional competency under Mukdahan Primary
Educational Service Area Office. The sample were 308
teachers under Mukdahan Primary Educational Service
Area Office. The research instrument was a rating-scale
questionnaire which consisted of 5 levels and 3 aspects.
The reliability using Cronbachs Alpha Coefficient part 2
was at .986 Percentage and part 3 was at .976.
Percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearsons Product
Moment Correlation Coefficient were used in data analysis
and writing equations to forecast dependent variable using
Stepwise Multiple Regression.
The results of the research were as follows:
1) School administrators characteristics under
Mukdahan Primary Educational Service Area Office
generally and each aspect was at the highest level.
2) Teachers functional competency under
Mukdahan Primary Educational Service Area Office
generally and each aspect was at the highest level.
3) School administrators characteristics and
teachers functional competency under Mukdahan Primary
Educational Service Area Office were at high level in
positive correlation significantly different at the statically
level of .01.4) School administrators characteristics:
Morality and Ethics (X5), Personality (X6), Creativity (X1),
Human relations (X4) and Technology Capability (X2)
affected teachers functional competency under Mukdahan
Primary Educational Service Area Office. These 5
correlation variables variance forecasting in teachers
functional competency under Mukdahan Primary
Educational Service Area were at 84.90% significantly
different at the statically level of .01. They could be
described in equation of forecasting as follows:
