Chinese online consumer towards thai designer brand lady cloths
Abstract:
The objectives of this research were 1) to analyze Chinese online consumer buying decision towards Thai design brand lady clothes 2) to analyze Chinese online consumer behavior towards Thai designer brand lady clothes 3) to analyze different demographic factors affecting online consumer buying decision towards Thai designer brand clothes 4) to analyze relationship between demographic and Chinese online consumer behavior towards Thai designer brand clothes. The sample groups were customers who had experience of online shopping age over 20 years old that has ability of certain buying power. The income level of respondents was not less than 3,000 yuan per/month. The sample size consisted of 385 people and the questionnaires launched during 18 to 29 May 2016. The data were analyzed by using SPSS program based on the method of frequency, percentage, means, t-test, one-way ANOVA (F-test) and chi-square test and explain respondents characteristic, marketing factors and customer behavior, thus test the hypothesis. The results represent that respondents demographic characteristics had significant on difference in levels of affecting on Chinese online consumer buying decision towards marketing factor. Among them, demographic factors expect the level of education have an impact on product of marketing factors. Based on the analyst of this study, the manager can design the different package image according to different customer group target to satisfy customers need. In addition to, Manager of Thai Ladies Clothes brand also can focus on the package and build up the brand status to gain more customer market.
