Abstract: ชื่อเรื่อง : รูปแบบการพัฒนาผู้ปกครองเด็กที่มีความบกพร่องทางการเคลื่อนไหว ศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ ประจำจังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ ผู้วิจัย : นายภัทรนันท์ อิงภู ปริญญา : ครุศาสตรดุษฎีบัณฑิต (การบริหารจัดการการศึกษา) มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา : รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อุรสา พรหมทา ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.จำเนียร พลหาญ ปีที่สำเร็จการศึกษา : 2565 บทคัดย่อ การวิจัยครั้งนี้วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัยเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและความต้องการจำเป็นของผู้ปกครองของเด็กที่มีความบกพร่องทางการเคลื่อนไหวศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ ประจำจังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ 2) สร้างและยืนยันรูปแบบการพัฒนาผู้ปกครองของเด็กที่มีความบกพร่องทางการเคลื่อนไหวศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ ประจำจังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ 3) ศึกษาผลการใช้รูปแบบการพัฒนาผู้ปกครองของเด็กที่มีความบกพร่องทางการเคลื่อนไหวศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ ประจำจังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ ขอบเขตการวิจัย แบ่งเป็น 3 ระยะ ระยะที่ 1 ผู้ปกครองของเด็กที่มีความบกพร่องทางการเคลื่อนไหวในศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ ประจำจังหวัดร้อยแก่นสารสินธุ์ จำนวน 100 คน ระยะที่ 2 ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิร่างรูปแบบ จํานวน 9 คน ผู้เชี่ยวชาญประเมินความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบ จํานวน 5 คน ระยะที่ 3 ผู้ปกครองของเด็กที่มีความบกพร่องทางการเคลื่อนไหวในศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ ประจำจังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ จำนวน 10 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ใน การวิจัยแบบสอบถาม แบบบันทึกการสนทนากลุ่มแบบสังเกตสถิติที่ใชในการวิเคราะห์ขอมูล ไดแก่คารอยละคาเฉลี่ยสวนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานการนำเสนอผลการวิจัยแบบพรรณนาวิเคราะห์และการนำเสนอแบบตาราง ผลการวิจัย พบว่าสภาพปัญหาและความต้องการจำเป็นของผู้ปกครองของเด็กที่มีความบกพร่องทางการเคลื่อนไหวในศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ ประจำจังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ พบว่าระดับสภาพและปัญหาของผู้ปกครองเด็กที่มีความบกพร่องทางการเคลื่อนไหว ในศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ ประจำจังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ โดยภาพรวมระดับสภาพมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 4.33, = 0.59) โดยรายด้านขาดทักษะในการประเมินความสามารถและการพัฒนาศักยภาพเด็กที่มีความบกพร่อง มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากันอยู่ในระดับ ( =4.40, = 0.61) และระดับความต้องการในการจำเป็น มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก ( =4.39) โดยรายด้านขาดตัวอย่างหรือต้นแบบในการพัฒนาศักยภาพเด็กที่มีความบกพร่องทาง การเคลื่อนไหวมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากันอยู่ในระดับ ( =4.72, = 0.56) การสร้างและยืนยันรูปแบบการพัฒนาผู้ปกครองของเด็กที่มีความบกพร่องทางการเคลื่อนไหวศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ ประจำจังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ ผูเชี่ยวชาญมีความเห็นวาทั้ง 5 กิจกรรม มีความเหมาะสมมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณารายขอมีระดับมากที่สุดทุกขอ ไดแก ดานหลักการดานวัตถุประสงค ดานเนื้อหา ดานกิจกรรมขั้นตอน การปฏิบัติงานและดานประเมินผลมากที่สุด ผลของการใช้รูปแบบการพัฒนาผู้ปกครองของเด็กที่มีความบกพร่องทางการเคลื่อนไหวศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ ประจำจังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ กอนใช้รูปแบบ การพัฒนาผู้ปกครองของเด็กที่มีความบกพร่องทางการเคลื่อนไหวในศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ ประจำจังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ อยูในระดับปานกลาง โดยรวมเฉลี่ย ( =2.72, = 0.78) และหลังการใช้รูปแบบการพัฒนาผู้ปกครองของเด็กที่มีความบกพร่องทางการเคลื่อนไหวในศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ ประจำจังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดโดยรวมเฉลี่ย ( = 4.71, = 0.65) คำสำคัญ: รูปปแบบการพัฒนา, ผู้ปกครองเด็กที่มีความบกพร่องทางการเคลื่อนไหว, ศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ ________________________________________________ อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาวิทยานิพนธ์หลัก Title : The Developmental patterns of parents of children with movement disabilities special education center Roi Kaen Sarasin Province Author : Mr.Pataranan Ingpoo Degree : Doctor of Education (Educational Management) Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University.
