Abstract: การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการบริหารการศึกษาในสถานการณ์การระบาด 2) เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารการศึกษาตามหลักพุทธบูรณาการในสถานการณ์การระบาด 3) เพื่อเสนอรูปแบบการบริหารการศึกษาตามหลักพุทธบูรณาการในสถานการณ์การระบาดของโรคโควิด-19 ของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี ได้แก่ การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณโดยใช้ประชากรทั้งหมด 361 คน สถิติที่ใช้ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และเชิงคุณภาพโดยการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 10 คน สนทนากลุ่ม จำนวน 10 รูป/คน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า : สภาพการบริหารการศึกษาในสถานการณ์การระบาดของโรคโควิด-19 ของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา โดยให้พิจารณาควบคุมจำนวนนักเรียนที่มาร่วมกิจกรรม ลดแออัด ทุกคนต้องสวมหน้ากากผ้าหรือหน้กากอนามัย ตลอดเวลาเมื่ออยู่ในสถานศึกษา จัดการเรียนการสอนในรูปแบบของสื่อออนไลน์ จัดหาวัสดุสิ่งของเครื่องใช้และอุปกรณ์ป้องกันให้เพียงพอ กำหนดแนวทางปฏิบัติตามระเบียบของกระทรวงสาธารณสุข สื่อสารประชาสัมพันธ์แก่ครูและบุคลากรในสถานศึกษาให้มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเบื้องต้น จัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมในสถานศึกษา และประสานงานแสวงหาแหล่งทุนและการสนับสนุนจากหน่วยงาน องค์กรหรือภาคเอกชน พัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารการศึกษาตามหลักพุทธบูรณาการในสถานการณ์การระบาดของโรคโควิด-19 ประกอบด้วย 4 ส่วน ได้แก่ ส่วนที่ 1 ส่วนนำ สภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนในยุคโควิด 19 และภายนอกต้องเอื้ออำนวย หลักการเป็นปัจจัยในการบริหาร ได้แก่ คน งบประมาณ วัสดุอุปกรณ์ ความรู้ด้านการจัดการ และการติดต่อสื่อสาร วัตถุประสงค์ในการจัดการเรียนการสอนยุคโควิด 19 ใน 4 ด้าน ส่วนที่ 2 ตัวแบบ ประกอบด้วย ระบบงาน การป้องกันการแพร่ระบาดของโรคโควิด 19 ใน 6 ด้าน บูรณาการร่วมกับหลักสัมมัปปธาน 4 คือ หลักการป้องกันโควิด หลักการปราบปรามลดความเสี่ยงรวมถึงการรักษา หลักการพัฒนาดูแลรักษาร่างกายให้มีภูมิคุ้มกัน หลักการอนุรักษ์ดูแลตัวเองปฏิบัติตามวิธีป้องกันโควิด กระบวนการจัดการ หน้าที่การบริหาร 6 ขั้นตอน ส่วนที่ 3 ขั้นตอนการนำไปใช้ คือ โครงสร้าง ขอบข่ายของการบริหารงาน 4 กลุ่ม การตัดสินใจ 9 ขั้นตอนส่วนที่ 4 เงื่อนไขความสำเร็จ ขึ้นอยู่กับบริบทของสถานศึกษาในการป้องกันโควิด 19 เสนอรูปแบบการบริหารการศึกษาตามหลักพุทธบูรณาการในสถานการณ์การระบาดของโรคโควิด-19 ของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาประกอบด้วย 4 ส่วน ประกอบด้วยส่วนที่ 1 ส่วนนำ ส่วนที่ 2 ตัวแบบ ส่วนที่ 3 ขั้นตอนการนำไปใช้ ส่วนที่ 4 เงื่อนไขความสำเร็จ และปฏิบัติตามองค์ความรู้ “SAVE Model”

Abstract: The objectives of this research are 1) to study the state of education administration in the epidemic situation, 2) to develop a model of education administration based on the Buddhist integrated principles in the epidemic situation, 3) to propose a model of educational administration in accordance with the principles of Buddhism. Buddhist integration in the situation of the Covid-19 epidemic of educational institutions under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area by using integrated research methodology, i.e. quantitative research using a total population of 361 people, statistics used, percentage, mean, standard deviation. and qualitatively by interviewing qualified persons of 10 persons and group discussion of 10 photographs/person.
