Abstract:
The aims of this research were; 1) to study the condition of power characteristics in teaching and learning management of teachers in the Office of Religious Studies Sanam Luang Pali Department, 2) to develop a model of the process of enhancing the power characteristics, and 3) To propose a model of the process of enhancing the power characteristics. The mixed research methods were used in the study. The data were collected from 100 samples Pali teaching by questionnaires and in-depth interviews, and then analyzed by program.
The research results found that; 1) Empowerment Process Factors, Teacher Profession Factors and Moral Powers Factors leading to success directly affects the teacher's teaching and learning management. 2) The Model of the process of enhancing the empowerment characteristics of teachers' teaching and learning management found that on the process of enhancing empowerment attributes professional teacher and in terms of influence, factors leading to success are related, resulting in power characteristics in teaching and learning management in 3 aspects, namely the teacher's potential; have an understanding of their own performance. Quality of teaching and learning is a complete development of cognition in the social reality of the teacher's environment context. And the acceptance of work resources are developed and created that facilitate the goals of the individual and the school. 3) Model of the process of enhancing the power characteristics of teaching and learning management of teachers in the School of Religious Studies Sanam Luang Pali Department, overall, is at a high level (m=4.49, s = 0.18). When considering each aspect the side with the highest average at the highest level, including the usefulness (m = 4.63, s = 0.30) accuracy (m = 4.62, s = 0.14) and at a high level, including suitability (m = 4.38, s = 0.29) and feasibility (m = 4.22, s = 0.19) respectively.
