Abstract:
The dissertation objectives are: 1) to study the state of teaching and learning management in distance education through satellite (DLTV) of primary school students; 2) to develop a model of teaching and learning based on Yonisomanasikara thinking skills for primary school students. In distance education via satellite (DLTV); and 3) to propose a model of teaching and learning based on Yonisomanasikara thinking skills for primary school students in distance education via satellite (DLTV). The mixed research methods were used in the study. There are 3 research steps as follows: Step 1: The state of teaching and learning by distance learning via satellite (DLTV) of primary school students was studied by using questionnaire for 217 sample. The data were analyzed percentage, mean and standard deviation. Step 2: A model of teaching and learning based on Yonisomanasikara thinking skills for primary school students. In distance education via satellite (DLTV) was developed by in-depth interviews with 10 key-informants and analyzed by content analysis. Step 3: the model was proposed to a group discussion of 8 experts. /The data were analyzed by content analysis.
The results of the study found that:
1. The state of teaching and learning management in distance education through satellite (DLTV) of primary school students was at a highest level overall. And when classified by aspect, it was found that the highest level in 2 aspects, namely teaching and learning management and management. And the high level was on was learner quality.
2. The development of a model of teaching and learning based on Yonisomanasikara thinking skills for primary school students. In distance education via satellite (DLTV) consists of 1) Principles; (1) teaching and learning management through satellite distance education (DLTV) is a teaching management that uses television program media as a supplementary medium for teaching and learning,
(2) Government sector, Ministry of Education and related agencies can adapt a model for teaching and learning thinking skills based on Yonisomanasikara for primary school students by using satellite distance education (DLTV) to be applied in teaching and learning management to make teaching and learning more effective.
2) Objectives; (1) To be a guideline for the government sector, Ministry of Education and related agencies apply a model of teaching and learning skills based on Yonisomanasikara for primary school students for the proficiency in teaching and learning, (2) To be a guideline for the government sector, Ministry of Education and related agencies apply a model of teaching and learning skills based on Yonisomanasikara for the benefits of students, community, society and the nation,
(3) Management process; the teaching and learning based on Yonisomanasikara thinking skills is for general management, teaching and learning management, and learning quality management; and 4) assessment and evaluation.
3. The teaching and learning based on Yonisomanasikara thinking skills for primary school students in distance education via satellite (DLTV) consists of
4 components: principles, objectives, management process, and evaluation. YLLA DLTV Model obtained from the study was found to be appropriate and feasible in applying to teaching and learning management.
