Abstract:
The dissertation objectives are: 1) to study the state of learning management of the child development centers, 2) to develop a model of learning management according to the Threefold Training principles of child development centers, and 3) to propose the model of learning management according to the Threefold Training principles of the child development centers under the local government organization. The integrated research processes were used in the study in 3 steps as follows: Step 1: The state of learning management of the child development centers under the local government organization was studied by using questionnaire from 242 samples and analyzed by percentage, mean and standard deviation. Step 2: The development model of learning management according to the Threefold Training principles of child development centers Content was obtained from interviews with 10 key-informants and analyzed by content analysis. Step 3: To propose the model of learning management according to the Threefold Training principles of child development centers to a group discussion with 8 experts and analyzed by content analysis.
The results of the study found that:
1. The state of learning management of the child development centers was at a high level, overall, namely in learning media, environment and teaching and learning management.
2. Developing a model of learning management according to the Threefold Training principles of child development centers under the local administrative organizations consists of; 1) Learning management under the Early Childhood Education Act B.E. 2019, 2) Implementing the PDCA process, 3) Organizing learning experiences for early childhood children aged 3-5 years by integrating with the Threefold Training principles for the development of the physical (precepts), emotional, mental, social, and intellectual development; and 4) Learning management according to the Threefold Training principles consisting of (1) 6 activities; (2) the Threefold Training principles; and (3) learning contents and learning units.
3. The model of learning management according to the Threefold Training principles of the child development centers under the local administrative organization consists of 4 main components: 1) Principle, 2) Objective, 3) Operational process, and 4) Learning management plan according to the Threefold Training principles consisting of (1) 6 Activities; movement and rhythm activities, experiential activities, creative activities, free activities, outdoor activities, and educational game activities, (2) the Threefold Training principles, and (3) learning contents and weekly learning units. The ATC MODEL obtained from the study is appropriate and feasible for the development of young children.
