Abstract:
This research aims to: 1) study mobilizing sufficiency economy philosophy, 2) develop a model of mobilizing sufficiency economy philosophy based on Buddhadhamma, and 3) propose the model of mobilizing sufficiency economy philosophy based on Buddhadhamma to educational institutions under Samut Prakan Local Government Organization. The integrated research methods were used in the study. The quantitative data were collected by questionnaire from 331 samples and analyzed by percentage, mean and standard deviation. The qualitative data were collected by in-depth interviews with 10 experts and focus group discussions with 10 experts, and then analyzed by content analysis.
The study indicated that:
1. Mobilizing sufficiency economy philosophy educational institutions under Samut Prakan Local Government Organization in 5 aspects was at a high level overall. They were in educational management process, measurement and evaluation process, amplification and network development, public relations, and personnel development.
2. Development of a model of mobilizing sufficiency economy philosophy based on Buddhadhamma to educational institutions under Samut Prakan Local Government Organization by application of new principles and methods to the course contents in each level according to the strategic plan in mobilizing sufficiency economy philosophy to educational institutions under 5 projects, 7 activities integrated with Sappurisa Dhamma in 3 cycles, 2 conditions and 4 dimensions.
3. Mobilizing sufficiency economy philosophy based on Buddhadhamma to educational institutions under Samut Prakan Local Government Organization by SES Model is to follow the strategic plan in mobilizing sufficiency economy philosophy to educational institutions in 5 aspects; development of educational management process according to sufficiency economy philosophy, personnel development, amplification and network development, public relations, and development of follow-up and evaluation process under 7 activities for mobilizing sufficiency economy philosophy to educational institutions integrated with Sappurisa Dhamma; sufficiency agricultural activity, zero-waste activity, student council activity, white-classroom activity, Buddhist oriented activity, scout activity, and sports against drugs activity.
