Abstract:
The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the state of Participatory Network Administration of the Royal Awarded Buddhist Oriented Schools, 2) to develop the Participatory Network Administration of the Royal Awarded Buddhist Oriented Schools and 3) to propose the development of Participatory Network Administration of the Royal Awarded Buddhist Oriented Schools. The mixed research method was used in the study. The research procedure was divided into 3 steps; (1) to study the state of Participatory Network Administration of the Royal Awarded Buddhist Oriented Schools from 176 samples by using questionnaires and analyzed by percentage, mean and standard deviation, (2) to develop the Participatory Network Administration by structured in-depth interviews with 9 key-informants and analyzed by content analysis, and (3) to propose the development of Participatory Network Administration of the Royal Awarded Buddhist Oriented Schools by connoisseurship with 9 experts and analyzed by content analysis.
The results of the study found that:
1. The state of Participatory Network Administration of the Royal Awarded Buddhist Oriented Schools was at a high level overall in 6 aspects; 1) co-objective,
2) member participation, 3) co-administration, 4) co-learning, 5) co-communication development, and 6) participation in network extension.
2. The Participatory Network Administration of the Royal Awarded Buddhist Oriented Schools in 6 aspects can be developed with 6 principles of Saraniyadhamma; 1) To be amiable in deed, 2) To be amiable in word, 3) To be amiable in thought, 4) To share any lawful gains with virtuous fellows, 5) To keep without blemish the rules of conduct along with ones fellows, and 6) To be endowed with right views along with ones fellows.
3. The development of Participatory Network Administration of the Royal Awarded Buddhist Oriented Schools consists of 6 main principles; 1) co-objective integrated with being endowed with right views along with ones fellows, 2) member participation integrated with keeping without blemish the rules of conduct along with ones fellows, 3) co-administration integrated with sharing any lawful gains
with virtuous fellows, 4) co-learning integrated with being amiable in thought,
5) co-communication development integrated with being amiable in word, and
6) participation in network extension integrated with being amiable in deed. The body of knowledge from the study can be concluded into the CM2P2CS Model.
