Abstract: At present, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) play a significant role in the Thai economy. Government seeks to strengthen the capacity of SMEs to enhance their competitiveness in Industry 4.0. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system has been promoted to be implemented in SMEs, especially open source ERP systems. Therefore, the objective of this research is to find criteria that SMEs focus on when making decision for ERP selection and find appropriate open source ERP by using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The principle of AHP is to solve problems related to multiple criteria decision making. For this work, there were two survey processes for SMEs managers to prioritize each criterion and for ERP expert to score three open source ERP systems. The result from AHP shows that the most important criterion selected by SMEs is reliability. Ease of use was the second criterion, followed by total cost of system implementation. Moreover, the open source ERP with the best in these three criteria was considered to be the most appropriate to SMEs in this study.

Abstract: ในปัจจุบันวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมมีบทบาทที่สำคัญอย่างมากต่อระบบเศรษฐกิจของประเทศไทยรัฐบาลได้พยายามที่จะวางนโยบายเพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถในการแข่งขันของSME ในอุตสาหกรรม 4.0 รวมทั้งการสนับสนุนให้มีการใช้ ระบบการวางแผนทรัพยากรทางธุรกิจขององค์กรโดยรวม หรือ EPR เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการบริหารองค์กร ทั้งนี้ จากการศึกษายังค้นพบว่าระบบ ERP ที่เป็นแบบโอเพนซอร์ซนั้นเหมาะสมกับวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมมากกว่า ดังนั้นวัตถุประสงค์ของงานวิจัยชิ้นนี้เพื่อศึกษาเกณฑ์ ที่ผู้บริหารวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมให้ความสำคัญ เมื่อต้องตัดสินใจในการเลือกระบบ ERP มาใช้และนำเกณฑ์เหล่านั้นมาใช้เพื่อเลือกระบบโอเพนซอร์ซ ERP ที่เหมาะสม โดยจะนำกระบวนการวิเคราะห์ตามลำดับชั้นมาประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อวิเคราะห์การตัดสินใจของผู้บริหาร จากการทำแบบสอบถามผู้บริหารวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม และผู้เชียวชาญด้านระบบโอเพนซอร์ซ ERP รวมกับผลที่ได้จากกระบวนการวิเคราะห์ตามลำดับชั้น ทำให้พบว่าผู้บริหารให้ความสำคัญกับความน่าเชื่อถือของระบบมากที่สุดรองลงมาคือความสะดวกในการใช้งานระบบและค่าใช่จ่ายโดยรวมในการใช้ระบบตามลำดับ
