Abstract:
Objectives of this dissertation were: 1. To study work performance efficiency of personnel in Sri Ayuthaya Group Rajabhat Universities, 2. To study factors affecting the work performance efficiency of personnel in Sri Ayuthaya Group Rajabhat Universities and 3. To propose the Buddhadhamma integration for work performance efficiency development of personnel in Sri Ayuthaya Group Rajabhat Universities, conducted with the mixed research methods. The quantitative research by collecting data with questionnaires that had validity value at 0.806 from 299 samples and analyzed data with frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and multiple regression. The qualitative research, data were collected by in-depth-interviewing 18 key informants and 9 participants in focus group discussion. Data were analyzed by descriptive interpretation.
Findings were as follows:
1. Work performance efficiency of personnel in the Sri Ayuthaya Group Rajabhat
Universities, by overall, were at high level with the mean value at 4.38. All aspects consisted of expenditure, time, quantity and quality were at high level. State and private organizations saved expenditure in operation to the minimum but at maximum in quality all aspects. There was the use of new technology to save the expenditure but to increase the efficiency of work. Administrators should set plan or projects coincide with the development strategies with close monitoring and concretely evaluation, emphasizing careful operation to reduce errors.
2. Factors affecting the work performance efficiency of personnel in Sri
Ayuthaya Group Rajabhat Universities were found that, 1) work performance capacity could together predict the work performance efficiency of personnel in Sri Ayuthaya Group Rajabhat Universities by 60.00 percent, namely, aiming for achievement, there must be target setting, planning, plan operation and close follow-up, 2) Itthipada 4 affected the work performance efficiency of personnel in Sri Ayuthaya Group Rajabhat Universities by 61.10 percent and Itthipada 4 can be used to integrate with all work performance to increase the work performance efficiency.
3.The guideline for Buddhadhamma integration for work performance
efficiency of personnel in Sri Ayuthaya Group Rajabhat Universities were found that there was integration with Itthipada 4 for efficiency increase, namely 1) Chanda, satisfaction to work for target success, 2) Viriya, effort to work to achieve the set goal, 3) Chitta, attention to work, concentrate on work and analyze work before operation for success, 4) Vimamasa, always examine the work performance with checking the work process to avoid the mistakes. Effective work performance was based on Itthipada 4, the basis of success with satisfaction, diligence and concentration to work. If mistakes were found, solving take place immediately to avoid repeated mistakes. As for the efficiency of work performance, it was a result of quality and timely work performance. There should use resources, both man and materials to the fullest to fulfil the worthiness, benefits including using new technology to reduce the work performance steps. The efficiency of work performance resulted from work quality, work quantity, timely operation and expenditure saving.
