Abstract:
The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the administration of School Director under the Loei-Nongbualamphu Secondary Education Service Area Office; 2) to study the administrative model according to the Four Bala Dhammas (Strength) of School Director under the Loei-Nongbualamphu Secondary Education Service Area Office; 3) to propose guidelines for the development of a model based on the Four Bala Dhammas of School Director under the Loei-Nongbualamphu Secondary Education Service Area Office. This study was quantitative research. The sample group used in this study consisted of 325 School Director and teachers under the Loei-Nongbualamphu Secondary Education Service Area Office. The research tool was a questionnaire with a reliability value of 0.829 and a semi-structured interview form.
The research results were as follows:
1) The condition of the administration of School Director under the Loei-Nongbualamphu Secondary Education Service Area Office was statistically rated at a high level. The highest mean value was seen in the aspect of Academic administration, followed by Budget administration, and the least mean value was seen in the aspect of Personnel administration.
2) The Four Bala Dhammas of School Director under the Loei-Nongbualamphu Secondary Education Service Area Office were overall rated at a high level. The aspect with the highest mean value was Paññā-bala (power of wisdom), followed by Viriya-bala (power of energy). The least mean value was that of Anavajja-bala (power of faultlessness).
3) The administration based on the Four Bala Dhammas of School Director under the Loei-Nongbualamphu Secondary Education Service Area Office was overall rated at a high level. The highest mean was seen in item 9, Administrators always behave well, recognize the problem and jointly solve it, followed by item 7, Administrators have sincere love for the organization. The least mean was seen in item 1, The administrators have knowledge and capacity.
