Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการดำเนินชีวิตด้วยหลักศีล 5 ของบุคลากรทางการศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตนบน 2) เพื่อสร้างรูปแบบการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตด้วยหลักศีล 5 ของบุคลากรทางการศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตนบน 3) เพื่อประเมินผลรูปแบบการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตด้วยหลักศีล 5 ของบุคลากรทางการศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียง เหนือตนบนกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ บุคลากรทางการศึกษาและผู้เกี่ยวข้องในจังหวัดชอนแก่น และจังหวัดอุดรธานี จำนวน 825 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบสนทนากลุ่มเฉพาะ และแบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาประกอบบริบท ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบียงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) สภาพการดำเนินชีวิตตามหลักศีล 5 ของบุคลากรทางการศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนบ่น สภาพการทำงาน พบว่า บุคลากรทางการศึกษามีความปรองดองสมานฉันท์ ลดความขัดแย้ง ประกบอาชีพสุจริต มีศีลธรรม มีสามัคคีธรรม และวัฒนธรรมที่ดีมีการเสริมสร้างความเข้าใจที่ดี มีความชื่อสัตย์สุจริต ส่งผลให้มีสุขภาพอนามัยดี ทำให้มีความสุขและเกิดสันติสุข และมีข้อเสนแนะการดำเนินชีวิตตามหลักศีล 5 คือ ควรส่งเสริมให้เกิดความเมตตากรุณาในจิตใจ ควรจัดกิจกรรมสร้างสันติสุขในหน่วยงาน ส่งเสริมให้ทำบุญให้ทานหรือการไถ่ชีวิตสัตว์ ควรจัดกิจกรรมสร้างจิตสำนึกในการประหยัด ควรมีกฎกติกาที่ชัดเจนในการใช้ทรัพย์สินส่วนกลาง ควรระมัดระวังเรื่องการปฏิบัติตนต่อเพศตรงข้าม ในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ ควรสร้างความเข้าใจที่ดีต่อกันควรแสดงความเอื้อเฟื้อเผื่อแผ่ จัดกิจกรรมออกกำลังกายเป็นประจำ จัดกิจกรรมลดอบายมุข 2) รูปแบบการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตด้วยหลักศีล 5 ของบุคลากรทางการศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตนบน พบว่า มี 4 รูปแบบคือ 2.1) รูปแบบการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตด้วยหลักศีล 5 ด้านกาย มี 23 ตัวชี้วัด 2.2) รูปแบบการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตด้วยหลักศีล 5 ด้านจิตใจ มี 19 ตัวชี้วัด 2.3) รูปแบบการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตด้วยหลักศีล 5 ด้านสังคม มี 18 ตัวชี้วัด 2.4) รูปแบบการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตด้วยหลักศีล 5 ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม มี 17 ตัวชี้วัด 3) ผลการประเมินรูปแบบการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตตามหลักศีล 5 ของบุคลากรทางการศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การมัธยมศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนบน พบว่า มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก

Abstract: This research aims: 1) to study the lifestyle of the 5 precepts of educational personnel in the Northeast, 2) to create a quality of life with the 5 precepts of educational personnel in the sector on its northeast and 3) to evaluate ways to improve the quality of life of the main precepts of 5 educational personnel in the Northeast on its population. The research is Teachers and others involved 466 people used an interview. A particular focus groups and surveys, data analysis, content analysis comprising context, mean and standard deviation. The feedback following the 5 precepts is to foster compassion in mind. Should peace-building activities in the agency.Encouraging people to eat animal life or redemption. Should be organized to create awareness to save. There should be clear rules on the use of property. Be careful about their practice to the opposite sex.
