Abstract: งานวิจัยเรื่อง การศึกษาประวัติศาสตร์และพุทธศิลป์ในชุมชนโบราณ : เมืองนครชุมเมืองไตรตรึงษ์และเมืองบางพาน จังหวัดกำแพงเพชร มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาประวัติศาสตร์และลักษณะพุทธศิลย์ในชุมชนโบราณเมืองนครชุม เมืองไตรตรึงษ์และเมืองบางพาน, (2) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการอนุรักษ์และพัฒนาโบราณสถานในชุมชนโบราณเมืองนครชุม เมืองไตรตรึงษ์และเมืองบางพาน จังหวัดกำแพงเพชร โดยการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน และ (3) เพื่อสร้างเครือข่ายการอนุรักษ์และพัฒนาโบราณสถานในชุมชนโบราณเมืองนครชุม เมืองไตรตรีงษ์และเมืองบางพาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ชุมชนโบราณเมืองนครชุม เมืองไตรตรึงษ์และเมืองบางพานมีพัฒนาการทางประวัติศาสตร์ที่ร่วมสมัยกัน มีความรุ่งเรืองสูงสุดในสมัยสุโขทัย (พุทธศตวรรษที่ 19-20) จึงทำให้ลักษณะพุทธศิลป์ส่วนใหญ่ในชุมชนโบราณเป็นศิลปะสุโขทัย โดยในชุมชนโบราณเมืองนครชุมพบโบราณสถานสำคัญ 9 แห่ง ชุมชนโบราณเมืองไตรตรึงษ์พบโบราณสถานสำคัญ 3 แห่งและชุมชนโบราณเมืองบางพานพบโบราณสถานสำคัญ 1 แห่ง โบราณสถานส่วนใหญ่ที่พบเป็นเจดีย์ประธาน ฐานวิหาร ฐานมณฑปและฐานเจดีย์ราย โบราณสถานในชุมชนโบราณเมืองนครชุม เมืองไตรตรึงษ์และเมืองบางพานส่วนหนึ่งต้องเผชิญกับสภาพปัญหาการรุกล้ำ ทำลายและละเลยการอนุรักษ์ทำให้อยู่ในสภาพชำรุด ทรุดโทรมรกร้าง เสื่อมโทรมและเสี่ยงต่อการพังทลาย จากการศึกษาพบว่าแนวทางการอนุรักษ์และพัฒนาโบราณสถานในชุมชนโบราณเมืองนครชุม เมืองไตรตรึงษ์ และเมืองบางพาน ควรเป็นการร่วมมือกันของทุกภาคส่วนโดยเฉพาะการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน โดยมีการกำหนดแนวทางการอนุรักษ์และพัฒนในระดับนโยบาย แนวทางการนุรักษ์และพัฒนโบราณสถานโดยประชาชน และแนวทางการอนุรักษ์และพัฒนาโบราณสถานขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผลการสร้างเครือข่ายการนุรัษ์และพัฒนาโบราณสถานในชุมชนโบราณเมืองนครชุมเมืองไตรตรึงษ์และเมืองบางพาน จังหวัดกำแพงเพชร ทำให้เกิดกระบวนการทำงานเพื่อสร้างเครือข่ายเริ่มตั้งแต่ขั้นตอนการประสานงานผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง ขั้นตอนการประชุมผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องขั้นตอนการคัดเลือกคณะทำงานเครือข่าย ขั้นตอนกำหนดบทบาทหน้าที่ของคณะทำงานเครือข่ายคณะทำงานเครือข่ายการอนุรักษ์และพัฒนาโบราณสถานในชุมชนโบราณเมืองนครชุม เมืองไตรตรึงษ์และเมืองบางพาน จังหวัดกำแพงเพชร ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วยตัวแทนจากทุดภาคส่วนได้ร่วมกันกำหนดทิศทางการทำงานโดยนำแนวคิด "3E-Mode!"มาปรับประยุกต์ในสำหรับการอนุรักษ์และพัฒนาโบราณสถานในชุมชนโบราณเมืองนครชุม เมืองไตรตรึงษ์และเมืองบางพาน เพื่อให้เกิดการอนุรักษ์และพัฒนาโบราณสถานอย่างจริงจังและยั่งยืนต่อไป

Abstract: The research of "A Study of History and Buddhist Art in the Ancient Communities: Muang Nakorn Chum, Muang Trai-Trueng and Muang Bang Phan Kamphaeng Phet Province" had objectives : (1) to study on history and Buddhist art in the ancient communities Muang Nakorn Chum, Muang Trai-Trueng and Muang Bang Phan, (2) to study guidelines of conservation and development ancient remains in ancient communities Muang Nakorn Chum, Muang Trai-Trueng and Muang Bang Phan, by participation from the local community, and (3) to establish the network for conservation and development of ancient remains in ancient communities Muang Nakorn Chum, Muang Trai-Trueng and Muang Bang Phan. The result of the study, was found that ancient communities Muang Nakorn Chum, Muang Trai-Trueng and Muang Bang Phan, had historical development in the same period and became the most prospered in the period of Sukothai (13-14" century) with the result that more Buddhist art in the ancient communities also were Sukothai art. There were 9 ancient remains in Nakorn Chum, 3 in Trai-Trueng, and 1 in Bang Phan, mostly of ancient remains were main Stupa, base of Vihara, base of Mandapa, and base of subsidiary stupa. In addition, some parts of ancient remains, in ancient communities, Muang Nakorn Chum, Muang Trai-Trueng and Muang Bang Phan, are endangering from many problems such as encroachment, destruction and lack of conservation.The study found that guidelines of conservation and development ancient remains in ancient communities Muang Nakorn Chum, Muang Trai-Trueng and Muang Bang Phan should be cooperation from all sectors, especially from the local communities, by assign the policy of conservation and development together between people, local governors, and other associated institutions. Eventually, the results of the established network for conservation and development of ancient remains in ancient communities Muang Nakorn Chum, Muang Trai-Trueng and Muang Bang Phan, Kamphaeng Phet province, contributed to the process of the network establish working. Starting from coordinate implicated persons, assemble with implicated persons, choose the committee of network, set the role and duty of the network committee. The committee of conservation and development network, which agents from all of sectors, assigned the direction of the progress together by used the thought of "3E-Model" to applied for the conservation and development, for the earnestly conservation and sustainable development, for ancient remains in ancient communities Muang Nakorn Chum, Muang Trai-Trueng and Muang Bang Phan, Kamphaeng Phet province.
