Abstract:
This research was the mix methodology research. The data collection was imposed upon the two forms of research, qualitative and quantitative. The quantitative research manifested in the questionnaires designed for the two hundred and fifty samples selected as well as Cronbach's alpha has been used for the reliability of measurement. The data analysis has been formulated by a computer
program for manifesting the percentage, average and standard deviation. On the one hand, the qualitative research has been employed by the open-ended questions for interviewing the thirty four samples, for instant, the executives, teachers, lecturers and the school morality teaching monks.
Findings of the study
1) The elemental and characteristic development of civilized citizenship in youths throughout the Buddhist principles of the school morality teaching monks was totally in all aspects evaluated as 'Very'(x̄ = 3.97) along with the following details: the characteristic of civilized citizenship was illustrated as 'Very'(x̄= 3.98), qualification of the school morality teaching monks was demonstrated as 'Very'(x̄ = 3.91) and the consciousness promotion process of civilized citizenship was represented as 'Very'(x̄ = 3.90).
2) The analyses of elemental and characteristic development of civilized citizenship in youths throughout the Buddhist principles of the school morality teaching monks have been formed in the following details;
2.1 Teacher's characteristics: the following characteristics have been mentioned, viz. Knowledge and morality, virtue in mind, being paragon, expert in teaching and well-consciousness forming, realizing on citizen's rights, specializing on teaching techniques and teaching skills, good personality, polite speaking and good natured, IT specialist, media applying skills, dedicate loyalty to nation, religion and the King, responsible for oneself, profession and community, orderly, static in mood, worldly and religious wise, providing activities for the youths, delineating the student, realizing on conscious mind for being a civilized citizenship of the community and
society, trusted on the democratic system.
2.2 Civilized citizenship characteristics of youths: excellency, public spiritual, nobly, humble, Knowing the common rules and respect to the doctrines, focus on the moral and ethics, honesty, intending for public works, devoting to the nation, religion and the King as well as patient to the upcoming future etc.
2.3 The process of citizenship conscious promotion: providing learning and teaching activities for promoting the youth's conciseness controlled by the administrators, teachers and other educational staffs. The mentioned activities are conducted under the national education law as well as the national strategy.
2.4 The analysis of a process in developing the citizenship: organizing the Buddhist activities in which be able to predominant and needed advancements in order to encouraging the people to be competency and excellent in their career. For this, the Buddhist principles are the main manifestations to balance the life, and for every activity, needed the Buddhist approaches to integrating, progressing, organizing and developing. The following Buddhist principles have been demonstrated in present study, viz. the five precepts, the basic of social solidarity, the sublime states of mind etc.
